CHEAP wedding shower favors?!?
I need ideas for a wedding shower I am going to be giving in the beginning of August. There really is not a main theme to this shower, but I need some ideas for center pieces as well as mini favors to give away...if anyone has some good ideas let me know

Who pays for wedding shower favors?
I'm standing up in my brother in law's wedding, and will be attending 2 showers the groom's side wasn't invited to the original shower, so we have to throw a separate one the following week . The bride's aunt is hosting the shower & has asked for no input from the bridesmaids. I was just told one week before the shower that it's the bridesmaids' responsibility to pay for the shower favors, which have been chosen by the bride's mother.Has anyone heard of this? I thought that traditionally whomever hosts the shower provides the favors, and since we're not hosting or co hosting, it seemed like an odd " requirement" . Not a big deal, but this is just the lastest in a long string of rude manners from this family.Thanks

I need some ideas for wedding shower favors?
im having a beach wedding so i obviously i want to keep with a beach theme for the shower favors. although im interested in bright colors like pinks, greens, yellows and oranges. i want ideas for something different. not the usual m& m's or chocolate lollilpops... any suggestions??? thanks my fiances sisters want to throw me my wedding shower but its been a long engagement and ive lots of time to think about what id like. i dont want the usual m& m's or chocolate lollipops...i want something different and theyre nice enough to include me in the decion making were having our wedding on the beach and i want to keep with that theme. although my colors are bright, yellows, oranges, pinks and greens...thanks for any help

We are planning a wedding shower and can't think of any favors. Nothing corny like colored candy that doesn't taste good or something everyone will just throw away. Any idea's?

I need some advice. I have small glass bottles with a cork. The bottles are about 5 in. tall. They have a narrow neck then it goes out wide. They almost look like what you would see in a science lab. Okay well I need advice on what I should put inside of these bottles. The bridesmaids dresses are red.

For my friend's wedding shower, we're having a Garden theme. Just potted flower centerpieces, springy colors, watering cans...etc. For the favors, her mom wanted to make chocolate covered pretzel rods. I kind of think the celophane bags are boring by themselves. Any inexpensive ideas webpage links would be GREAT for what we could put them in?
