Do wedding planners make good money?
I'm trying to figure out a job that I would not only enjoy but that'd make good money. I thought wedding planner would be interesting, so how much money on average would they make? Do I need to go to school for a long time? And also, y'know those people from 'Say Yes to the Dress' who work in bridal stores? If wedding planning isn't my forte, about how much do they make?

find her someone else to do what she wants done. We signed a contract but she isn't doing her part. Do I have to refund her any money?

I know they are pretty popular these days, because they apparently take A LOT of stress off of you, but I'm wondering if the wedding might not be everything my fiance and I want it to be, because we won't be doing it ourselves...My boyfriend just proposed like three days ago, haha, so I guess I have a lot of time to think about this....but should I just do everything myself, and that way I can make it everything I dreamed it would be, or should I just get a wedding planner? I feel like I'll have better memories of creating my wedding myself, but with my job, I'm not sure if it would be too much stress.

Pros and Cons of having a wedding planner?
I am considering hiring a Wedding planner. I basically want to have someone who I can say 'This is what I want' and they can do the organising for me making bookings, organising appointments etc .Has anyone had a wedding planner currently using one?
