Question: How much are wedding floral centerpieces?

I'm getting married in Long Island and decided to opt out of floral centerpieces so i can use the extra money on something else. But my question is how much are floral centerpieces typically. Its too early for me to meet with my florist, so im trying to find out on average people were quoted. I'm currently thinking of going with candle centerpieces but if it adds up to be the same ill do the floral. let me know what you think

That depends on where you get them an/ or if you make them yourself. Some florists will charge you less because of where it's located or if you have connections. If you know someone that can make them for you, you can save some $ by buying the flowers at a wholesale place. I'm going with candles. Flowers are too expensive.

Depends on what you want a large/ med / small centerpiece.Real or fake flowers,what kind of vase be more detailed please..

I had one girl make her own and used simple glass vases of different sizes she got from yard sales ($13) and 2 flowers ($24) to each vase. Then put a few small white confetti around the centerpiece it was pretty cheap andworked out well. HECK a centerpiece can be as simple as a candle, say you have 14 tables and each candle is $9, then you spend $126 on centerpieces. It just depends on your budget.

The cheapest I've seen are like $30, but I would say that average is like $60. I'm spending $100 on my non-floral centerpieces (total), instead of $600. I think the candles will be WAY cheaper, and more creative. Go with the candles!
