What do you think about this wedding decor set up?
ok we are doing everything our self meaning renting all of our china, linens etc. what do you think about a purple theme with purple and white flowers as centerpieces, purple chair cover no sash , white table cloth, purple napkin only china plate, fork, spoon, and water goblet as silverware ? we are on a really low budget so we r trying to not hav 2 rent out so many things due to several personal reasons we dont have cateres

I've been searching for my wedding centerpieces and decor. The only website I can find online that has CLASSY but affordable options is shopwildthings.com. I have a couple things from that site I'm considering... but before I decide are there any others out there? Unfortunately my fiance and I have to pay for the wedding ourselves and don't have much to spend. So since I can't have the glamorous wedding I've always wanted, the plan is to keep it simple but still classy. We don't want to pay more then 60 on each centerpiece just to give you an idea of our budget on one thing. I've checked out all the local rental stores nearby up to 100 miles and they either don't have what I'm looking for, or they just look cheap and outdated. We can't afford to hire a decorator or planner. Any suggestions, good websites for any wedding ideas planning would be wonderful. We still have a year and half before the date, but are starting to get things here and there now so it's more affordable paying as we go. We've been together for 7 years, I'm 25 and he's turning 27 in another month so we can't push it back any more Thanks
Would you rent wedding decor for your wedding?
My friend is getting married and I'm planning the wedding for her, I want it to be pretty and elegant but we are trying to keep the cost to a minimum. I was thinking about renting like floral arrangements and elegant tablewear or decor, but am unsure, my friend is very ticky and I don't want it to look tacky. So would you rent wedding floral arrangements to cut down on cost.
Country wedding decor?
I want a country themed wedding, not redneck, but just plain ole country.. my flowers are going to be bluebonnets and wildflowers.. Any creative inexpensive ideas for decor? Thanks
Outside wedding decor help?
My husband and i got married in key west fl and we plan on going back to our hometown and having a reception. The reception that we are having is going to be in a beautiul park that we are renting. the only problem i have with is that we are not planning on getting tables because its not going to be a traditional reception, its just our families coming together and just have a fun day together. but i am having a issue with decor on the picnic tables that are there at a shelter. i plan on having big centerpieces that include candles for later in the night and vases full of granny smith apples. Instead of renting linen and using those cheap plastic tableclothes does anyone have a idea of what would be good to use. i want it to still be really nice but just not fancy. Any sugguestions would be great also i really like the idea of the colors lime green and a pretty pink.

Super simple wedding decor-is this enough?
i am having a small 20 people wedding. we are having a soft grey color linenes and chair covers and white plating. in the link if you look at the top and to the left you can see that each plate has 4 small candles. i think this is very elegant and beautiful and for a small wedding i think its fine.flourisheventdesign.com wp content uploads 2011 07 Greenery1.jpgdo you think this is okay?remember there will be no green hanging centerpiece above.also if we had a bigger wedding around 75 would this still be okay?
I Need Wedding Decor Help Please?
I am set on a taupe, blush, chocolate and bronze accent wedding. We are doing a fantasy theme, with tall centerpieces with branches and cream flowers. I really wanteded to rent champagne or sandalwood colored linens...Problem is the site we are having our wedding, only has black or white linens...I have always thought white table linens were too bright for a romantic evening wedding... and black does not fit the color scheme at all reminds me of a black and white wedding .Does black work?Or will white work when the lights are turned down after dinner?We just couldn't afford to add rental of linens AND chair covers to our ever expanding budget...Thanks for your help
Wedding decor on a budget?
I am on a limited budget for my wedding and do not have much cash for the decor. We picked a Venue with great scenery and greenery so we won't need to decorate too much but I need some ideas to decorate the ceremony and reception still. Our colors are blue and yellow, flowers are yellow Gerber daisies and we getting married i July. Does anybody have ideas of decorations? aside from the obvious need for center pieces
