Where can i find bulk wedding candles for my tables? the cheaper the better?

WEdding Candles?
For my wedding I am having votive candles around my centerpiece I have votive holders for them, but there is a problem It is an outdoor wedding and the candles go to the top of the holders, which means I am going to be re lighting them every time a breeze comes through. I had the idea to melt the votive candle in the candle holders in the oven. I am not sure exactly how to do this. Has anyone tried this before??Please Help

Trying to find a wedding/candle decorating product
I am looking for some place I could buy pre made bows or something that I can put onto a unity candle. I had bought a package from Oriental Traders, called Ivory lace wedding candle ribbon set... My daughters best friend is getting married a month before my daughter & I gave it to her. Now I can't find one for my daughter's wedding. Help. Oriental traders is out of stock on the item. Please don't provide links unless they actually have a product that I can use to decorate a pillar candle. Thanks for your help.
