How to deal with being single when all your friends are getting married?
I am currently living abroad and I feel so horrible being single and going to all ofmy friend's weddings.The dating pool of expats where I live isn't exactly premium, but I am just waiting to meet the right person. Yet I feel like it will never happen I swear I feel like I am cursed with man foreverI move back home in a year. Hoe do I deal with this? I am the type of person that would rather be single rather than settle and date someone bad, just not to be alone.

me and my girlfriend where togeather for 6 months and then it got tough and we were fighitng and we both agreed it was time to end it and we were both happy about it at the time then i got with her original girlfriend decided we couldnt get over and each and got back togeather now i want to prove to her that im commited to her but dont want to get married how can i do that?well we are great with Why am I upset that my ex is getting married but I'm getting married as well?
I'm beyond in love with my fiance'. He is my world and I don't know what I'd do without him but I think about my ex a lot. I don't know if it's because my fiance' has put me through a lot and my ex didn't do that. We have worked through things my fiance' and I, but still I don't know if that's why. My ex is getting married in 2 weeks and the more the wedding date comes closer, the more i just feel like I'm falling apart. I'm getting married in October and I cannot wait to marry my love, so why am I so upset about my ex?

I'm a 30 year old bi guy. I just found out that my ex girlfriend and ex boyfriend are engaged and excited and ready to get married and start a family. I don't plan on getting married yet I'm only fourteen . But I do plan on getting married young becuase I want to wait to have sex until I'm married. Do you think 18 is too young? What would be the perfect age in my situation?
Help: Get married in a church or not?
I am extremely unsure of what to do and I need some advice..My fiance is catholic and I am not. I am a christian, but not catholic. I just have never believe the catholic beliefs no offense to anyone who IS catholic but I do not want to get married in a catholic church. My fiance and I go every big holiday to the church for him and his family. Now that we are planning our wedding, a big part of him wants to get married there. I absolutely do not want to get married in the church. We have found a beautiful venue that we can have our wedding and reception there. Once he saw it, he wanted to get married there too. It'd also be more convienient for our guests because of the church and reception being 30 minute difference.. we are in the Indy area and that would be during race weekend. My fiance told me his mother was really upset that we may not be getting married in the church. I feel like this is very unfair to me and honestly, really upsets me. I thought getting married in this venue would be fair to us both.. instead of picking one church over the other. We've never had an arguement or anything in regards to beliefs.. until planning our wedding. I love him very much, but this makes me want to hold off on the wedding because we can't seem to agree where to get married. We both decided when we have children that we would let our children decide if they ever wanted to get baptized and not baptize them when they are babies.. what happens if he changes his mind then? I just don't know what to do.. this is a big deal.
What do women from the army wear when they are about to get married?
When one of the male officers from the army or navy get married they wear their formal Service Dress uniforms rather than a civilian tuxedo while women wear just a bridal dress ,but what do the women from the army wear when they get married will they wear the female formal Service Dress uniforms as a wedding dress with their husband wearing just a tux or will they wear just a bridal dress?
My Girl is Getting Married Soon?
There was a girl at my University. We like each other. But she's getting married soon. She wanted to marry me, it didn't happened, bcoz I've to wait 3 4 years to set up my career first before getting married & her parents are insisting her to marry within a year. Her parents are searching for a boy for her & as soon as they find a reasonable person, she'll be married. I'm in the middle of my career & somehow can't afford a marriage. What should I do? If I prefer her, then my career would be at stake & I would be late for about 2 more years from a nice set career. And if I prefer my career, then I lose her. I'm quite confused. I'm thinking we should let fate decide everything for us. I want to avoid her, because she's a distraction for me, while I'm working. I've removed her from my Skype & Now I've got a bad feeling about this.
Should I get married at the Wawona Hotel or Yosemite Lodge?
My fiance and I are getting married next summer, and are completely on the fence about where to have our wedding in Yosemite National Park. We toured a few of the venues and can't decide whether to have the wedding and reception at the Wawona Hotel or Yosemite Lodge. The Wawona is a beautiful victorian style hotel on the south end of the park, across from a golf course and nestled in the forest, away from the crowds of the valley. However, Yosemite Lodge is smack dab in the middle of the valley, with views of Yosemite Falls and all of the other breathtaking sites Half Dome, Glacier Point, etc. . Will our guests feel bummed if they don't have the scenery of Yosemite valley during the wedding? The Wawona's setup is more our style guests have the option of going inside or outside during the reception and there's tons of space, whereas at the Yosemite Lodge they must remain in the reception room. Would you feel bummed, as a guest, if you weren't attending a wedding in Yosemite Valley, but at the Wawona? Please let me know, I appreciate your feedback Are any of you familiar with these places? If so, I'd love your feedback.
My friends going to get married and shes 16?
Shes waiting intell next year when shes 17 and hes 19 but i think they re both retarded for doing it. He didn't propose to her he was just like " Next year we should get married" and she said " okay" so now their planning a wedding and i know how most young marriages end. Do you think its a bad idea too? Whats your opinion?
A friend of mine is being forced to get married, plz help?
A friend of mine has been financially supported by her boyfriend for about a year now, since her father passed away. She can't get a job since she has to take care of her mother, she doesn't want to put her into a nursing home. She does love her boyfriend, but since they live apart from each other, she does not want to marry him yet. He just told her today if she doesn't marry him when he comes up here to get her in 3 days he will cut her off financially. So besides talking to him which she has tried , what can she do?when my friend was 16 years old, both of her parents were in bad health, her father got ssi or something like that. She chose to drop out of school to help her parents out. Like allot of people, her parents didn't want to go into a nursing home and she didn't want to put them in one. As for the family, except for her kind of sister they grew up living together, but in no way actually related which is my fiance and I they all want the mother to be put into a nursing home. The reason I'm against it is because the mother is against it.Now anyways, her boyfriend has a roaming job goes from place to place and does not want her to live with him. She met him while he was in the area for a few months. Then just like that he left out of state, her dad died, so he decided to pick up the financial burden that her and her mother lost when the father died.The problem is that bills come up all the time, you know rent, food, electricity., ect. and that he gave this ultimatuhe gave this ulimatum with no time to find any other solutions. The only thing I'm asking is does she have a choice besides getting married or living on the street. I live in a place that won't allow others to move in with us, so she can't live here. She wouldn't get paid from any job in time for bills if we could figure out how to get mom taken care of while she was at work. No she is not a golddigger, looking for an easy way, or anything else like that. If she would have seen this coming, then she would have prepared for it. I know looking back on it now she should have and I'm pretty sure she is thinking the same thing.I guess the thing that pisses me the most off of this whole thing is that he decided that she couldn't move in with him, told her not to work, and now all of a sudden pulling this crap. I want to get married, but I can't see myself?
I want more than anything in the world to get married, have a family, and grow old with someone that I love. But I honestly can't see myself doing that. Im a freshman in college and guys like me, but I tend to c block myself all the time because I suck at flirting and constantly regret the way I react to guys and how I unintentionally push them away. I've never had a real boyfriend and I used to be really chubby until I lost 40 pounds, so my mentality isn't all there. I do really want a serious boyfriend and to get married some day, but it seems like i constantly push guys away. My friends also say they can't see me getting married or with a boyfriend, and that really hurts. I don't know what to do...
