I want to make a butterfly wedding cake for my wedding in january. anyone have ideas how I can do that?
I saw the Martha Stewart Weddings winter 2009 cover, but I can't find it online in a high resolution image and I don't want to use those ugly butterflies she did, but I want a rainbow effect. Links, ideas?

I'm getting married and am having trouble deciding on the perfect cake. I have less than three months left and I'm starting to get a little anxious. I want everything to be just right. I can picture almost everything else, but I can't quite picture in my head what I want for my cake.I'm having orange butterflies at my wedding so I want butterflies on my cake. My colors are Sage and Victorian Lilac purples and greens with silver accents. I love the idea of real flowers or flowers period, but I'm not sure what kind. I really like the look of some sort of band at the bottom of each tier, but I'm not even sure if I want round or square. Maybe I would like something I haven't even thought of yet? All I know is I want butterflies. Can someone help me?

Butterfly wedding on a budget ideas?
I'm having a butterfly themed wedding. We're on a budget as we're paying for everything ourselves, so I want to cut costs as much as possible, but I don't want it to look cheap, either. I was going to get some 10" bowls, put two floating butterfly candles in each, and put some other candles around it. Like vases with floating rose candles and or votive candles. Maybe a mirror under the bowl for added affect and to make it look like more. But looking at the prices for bowls and mirrors, I'm thinking I should find something a little cheaper. I'd still love to use the butterfly candles, but I can use something else. As long as it sticks with the theme. About the wedding the colors are pink, black, and white. I want it to be a comfortable atmosphere, but still very romantic and pretty. It's going to be in the evening at place called Edwards Mansion. The ceremony decorations are taken care of, because we're outside and it'll be in May so it'll already be very pretty on it's own. I might add something like chair ribbons, though. We're also thinking about doing a live mass butterfly release. That's kind of expensive, though, so we're not sure. So any decorations during the reception, or anything really, would be a huge help. I don't mind DIY, second hand, or bargain stores or anything. I don't even mind .99cent stores. I just want it to look elegant.btw, no flowers, please. I'd rather skip that cost all together, except maybe for the bouquet. The bridesmaids I'd probably have holding a single rose each.
Butterfly wedding pictured in bridal magazine?
About eight months or so ago, I was at safeway, looking at bridal magazines. And I was just browsing through one of them and found this GORGEOUS butterfly wedding pictured in it. I didnt buy the magazine, and now I am bummed that I didnt, cause I cannot find that magazine or that article anywhere From what I remember. . . it was a night wedding, or reception. In candle light. I believe the color theme was like a peach y color, and it was butterfly. The flower girls had these really pretty butterfly wings on. But I dont remember anything else. It might have been under a netting canopy thing.Can anyone help me find it? I think the magazine was just called " Bridal" but I could be mistaken. Thanks for looking.

Butterfly wedding theme?
i am getting married in 6 weeks and am having a butterfly theme.i am giving the tables names instead of numbers and was thinking about naming them after different butterflies,but ones that sound nice.ive been looking,but theres so many and i dont know which are accurate anymore.anybody got any suggestions?thanks
