Has anyone had any luck exchanging a bridal dress to David's Bridal after the 90 days have been up?
I bought my bridal dress 6 months ago October . I liked it but was very pressured into buying the dress from the dress consultant and my mom. I had no idea they had an exchange policy until it was too late. I went on Saturday cause I am also a bridemaid for an upcoming wedding and fell in love with another dress. I am dying to get that other dress. I called and asked if there was anything I could do and they said unfortuantely not. She also said I could speak to a manager if I whished. I knew the manager would say no over the phone so this is why I m driving over an hour away after work to see a manager and try anything I can to exchange it. It has never been worn except the day I picked it up and tried it on at David's Bridal. No alterations and tags still on. Do you think I have a chance if I get someone nice or am I just pushing my luck. Another thing is that it is not an old style at all. In fact, when you are on the website and click new arivals it is still there

An Original Bridal Dress& Wedding Ideas?
Ok, so for my homework R.E I have to plan my wedding. Things like venue, colour scheme, honeymoon place, etc....But I mostly need help with my bride dress. I want it to be a NON traditional wedding. Though if you have traditional ideas they're gratefully accepted though they MUST have a 'spark' 'twist' of originality to them I dont want a boring white dress Yawn EVERYBODY has them I want something SO original It could still be a dress possibly, but just some funky, unexpected ideas.Please bare in mind, Im not a huge girly girl, although Im not Man ish. I really like scary things so maybe a ripped dress? But not OTT ripped just slight to give it a sort of edge to it. So no zombie fied halloween thing I dont want it to look stupid. I found the perfect dress at David's Bridal but it's about twice the price of what I can pay. I tried looking on ebay but I couldn't find the right one. Does anyone know of other sites that sell used wedding dresses? Or do you know if those sites that sell the same designs for cheaper are good?

Bridal Dress Issues: Advice Needed?
Alright ladies, I have a dilemma. I'm getting married next June and the venue that we have picked is a country club that over looks a golf course. The problem is I had picked a dress and then my wedding planner told me that my big beautiful ball gown did not fit the venue. So we went to the bridal shop and picked another dress. I liked the dress when I put it on but now that I've bought it it was a sample gown I don't no if it's for me. My wedding planner keeps on tell me that I choose the right dress but I'm still not sure. The dress I have now is a very traditional dress, not fitted but not ball gown to any point. Please understand I am the princess type so the I love the ball gown dresses. I just don't want to screw the dress for my wedding day and regret it later. Help please You guys aren't the first ones telling me to fire my planner. The dress I bought cost $600 so it's not a great expense. I'm not going to change venues because we are on a strict budget and I like the venue. One of the reason she is like this is because we are on such a tight budget and she wants to keep us there.Just to let you guys know, I sent my planner an email telling her that I want to look at more dresses.
