We recent got engaged, but cant decide on wedding date help?
My fiance and I are both 29 years old, we have dated for 3 years and in July got engaged. Our family and friends are over joyed and keep asking us when the wedding date is. The problem with that is we can seem to come up with a date that works. My fiance and family own a farm so May to September will not work out at all due to them being very busy. I suggested April May 2011 or October November 2011. He says April May 2011 is too close and it would be hard to find a hall plus we will be inviting lots of out of town guests and that doesn't give them much notice, and that he doesn't like October November as we live in Canada and the weather could or could not be great. He suggested the end of April or early May 2012, which is over a year and a half away. I'm not really happy about waiting over a year and a half but I will because I love him. I decided to talk to my family and a few close friends and tell them that he was thinking April May 2012 and they flipped out saying that was a long time away and maybe he wasn't ready to get married yet ect, and that I should talk to him. What should I do?

My friend at work is getting married. Her reception is this weekend and I need a decent dress. I want something either long sleeve or short sleeve...no tank tops...and I want something that doesn t have a busy pattern. I am 18, so I don't want something that looks " older." We're looking for a ranch hillside type area where we can hold a simple ceremony site for a relatively small group. Can I do this anywhere if it's so small and quick? Does this wedding sound okay ladies?
Okay so ive been planning my wedding since i was 11 and i have it worked out to december in a field with snow every wear but cleared out in the field with a woven wicker archway. The dress is a ivory velvet corset then tulle like alot of tulle very puffy then a velvet medival style cape. Very few people like mabye 15 20 and no reception just short ceremony then off on the honey moon. p.s. Hello in my business class I got assigned to create a fake wedding planning business, and the rest of the year I will be building up on it with various projects. This subject does not interest me at all, but I'm not aloud to change it By next week I need to have a name for the business and some general points about it. So today in class I was instructed by my teacher that she wanted a " creative and cutesy" name for the business instead of " ..... Wedding Planning" So I'm lost here.
