Question: Do signs of pregnancy show after 4 days after sex?

This girl i sorta like. not really. i kinda hate her & with she dies... because shes been going with different guys knowing i like her. and always calling me baby. gets on my nerves. alright. shes telling me she might be pregnant. 4 days ago she got with this guy and now she says shes getting the signs of beeing pregnant. so after how long do the signs show?

A couple of weeks minimum, a couple of months before most women begin to show signs of pregnancy.
