My Girlfriend posted pregnancy picture on facebook and an ex of hers posted comment that he would like to kiss her navel and she just joked with him about it should I be annoyed or am i being over sensitive.

I think you should talk to her about it. Its her EX not her boyfriend. I wouldnt expect an ex to say it only a boyfriend. Talk To Her About This And Tell Her Ex To STFU. :)
