If I do 1000 crunches a day, will I lose my post-pregnancy belly fat?
I can do 700 crunches a day with no pain, I am used to it, but I am so inconsistent, I do it for 3 4 days, I see a difference, so it's not annoying anymore, let it go, after a week or so, I see my flabby tummy back again. Now,I want to do 1000 crunches on a daily basis, like every single day. Do you think it will help get rid of my post pregnancy belly?
