Sick leave after additional maternity pay?
i really need some help on the best way to handle my situation.i have been on maternity leave from work since jan 09, when my daughter was 10 weeks old my husband left for someone else and i am now pretty much raising my 5 year old and 7 month old single handily. since the split i havnt been dealing very well with my stress and as a result have lost over four stone and i wasnt large to begin with.so the issue here is that today was my first day back at work, i am an unorganised person at the best of times and admittedly didnt arrange my return to work in accordance with company policy. however, better late than never i rang and spoke to the appropriate manager regarding reducing my work hours and leaving work at the end of my required 13 week period to secure my additionalmaternity pay.i am sure she said this was fine and to put this in writing to the relevent department. addmittedly i went to work with the letter in my pocket with the intention of passing it on today.i was called to the office by the person i had previously had the telephone conversation with, where i was questioned regarding my failure to adhere to company policy which is understandable. i was then called manipulative as this person had not agreed to my change of hours and i had manipulated all my collegues by ringing and arranging my shifts for my return to work again this was done under the request of this person . needless to say i broke down and cried like an idiot and am now questioning wether i can continue to work for the next 13 weeks with my stress levels as it is a demanding job.so my real question would i be able to carry out my required 13 weeks of work after additional maternity leave on sick, or would the 13 weeks still stand for me to work once i came off sick if that makes sense? i cant afford to pay back my maternity pay due to my circumstances but want this over with as soon as possible.thankyou for taking the time to read this

Do I have to pay for child care costs when my ex wife is on maternity leave with a baby that isn't mine? ?
The parenting plan says I only have to pay for reasonable work related child care expenses. I have offered to take the kids into my care during her leave. I live in MO.

How long can you take for maternity leave? For instance, I know a woman who's child will be 2 in july. She worked for a bank.How can a woman take that long of a maternity leave and be guaranteed a job when she returns or is she NOT guaranteed a job when she returns? In the state of PA?I dont think that women who want to be lazy and sit around the house all day while their kids turn 2,3,4, 5 years old can be guaranteed a job when they return while other women who are trying very hard to find jobs to support themselves are looking for jobs. Where can I find maternity bridesmaid dresses?
I'm the maid of honor for a Spring wedding this year and the poor bride is about to explode. One of the bridesmaids is going to be 7 months pregnant by the time her wedding happens in April. We need to find a dress that all the bridesmaids can wear that ALSO comes in maternity and we need a variety of sizes from a 2 18. She'd prefer light gray dresses or a light Spring green. How much growth to allow for maternity wedding gown?
I'm 22 weeks pregnant and will be getting married at 32 weeks of pregnancy. I have to order my dress now and I've got no idea what size I'm likely to be. I'm usually a US size 18 20, and my waist measurement is currently 43" . I've been ill and eating sensibly so the only gain has been from baby. It's an empire line gown that will fall from under the bust, and is made from chiffon. How much growth, roughly, should I allow for in the next 10 weeks?odimwitdwon's feeling a lot of passive aggression towards women because his trim mommy trimmed his winkie. God bless America Thanks cjsmummy. I'm tall and I work a physical job in the trades, as well as doing yoga and swimming, so I have a fair amount of muscle mass. I am carrying too much weight, but it isn't to the point of being especially unhealthy except hard on my joints. I eat fruit, vegetables, bread and cheese not fast foods and junk It's amazing how some people will go out of their way to be ar$eholes. I've lost 5kg over my original weight during the pregnancy due to hyperemesis. I'm expecting growth in girth, rather than weight gain. Someone else estimated an inch a week during the second trimester I'll probably take a guess based on that, estimate it a little larger and allow the dress to fall over the bump. Thanks for your help

Husband wants me to take maternity photo with his Son?
We've been married almost 3 yrs, this is our first child, i just want a nice simple maternity photo. This is not a family photo, i know some people take maternity photos with thier bio kids, but i think its a little wierd with step kids, and I personally would feel uncomfortable with the kind of picture i want to take. He's taking it personal that i dont want his son 6 1 2 in my maternity photos. Weve taken anniversary pictures, wedding pictures & etc with just us Ive never heard of this, or understand why its a problem now. CSA & Statutory Maternity Pay?
Can someone tell me if the CSA class staturory maternity pay as earnings when calculating maintenance payments or is it one of the benefits not included in their calculations?Thanks Martina but I am the one paying maintenance to my ex partner. I am also the one receiving SMP.
