I am 19 and I been with this guy for 3 years..we have a 1yr old son together..but we been going through a lot of things latly... we been arguing and fighting a whole lot.. and i reacently left him and moved back home... but i still love him... and we had taked about councling but i jus dnt know if its really going to work or its jus a wast or time n money.... i really want to make this work for us n our son... but when we were together it had got abusive and controlling and i jus dnt noe if i should really try n we should go to counculing...
Do u think relationship counseling is good?
me and my gf have been together for almost 2 years and are relationship is falling apart we have been argueing a lot more than usual we both love each other so much and dont want to break up. my parents told us about relationship counseling their church does.i just want to know what ppl think about it.i want to do it because i dont want to lose my baby girl shes the best thing i have and my best friend but then again i think if your in a relationship and not married and things arent working out then maybe things might not work in the long run. but i dont wanna lose her. what do you think?
Teen relationship counseling?
Just wanted to know if there is professional teen relationship counseling out there and if it would be weird for a 19 year old and 17 year old to attend. We have been going out for close to 2 years and I have really bad trust issues and get very jealous, controlling, and paranoid. I just want to get past it to keep us together and closer. thanks
Where can i find free relationship counseling?
i live in waterbury CT and my girlfriend is trying as hard as she can to split up a family she fought so hard to start. after she had our kid she just went psychotic and only sees things through a very narrow one sided vision. she doesnt listen to when me, my friends, or even HER friends tell her shes being irrational, nasty, and borderline abusive. shes broken us up, kicked me out and asked me back like 4 times this week. we stay broken up im just not allowed to speak unless spoken to. and then im just getting verbally abused until shes done, and if i disagree then i get kicked out again.i think if we get counseling MAYBE she might listen to that person, i also think she just might cuss them out and break up with me and kick me out for good. its crazy that im even still trying.but i want to see if i can force her to go to counseling if i can find some for free. im thinking maybe a non profit organization, or a church would be able to do something like that. the tax refund for the kid she is keeping so i cant really spend money seeing as im only working 6 hours a week. i can barely keep up with my bills im skating on money saved among other temporary things til im done with school in a few months. anyone know of anything like that? im not opposed to start going to church if we can get this kind of assistance...
How much does it cost to go to one relationship counseling?
Me and my girl are perfect together except for one little flaw in communication that we keep repeating over and over again. I'm absolutely sure one session could eliminate this barrier and we could get on with it.

I am having trouble communicating to my bf my thoughts or however I feel at the moment. It is difficult because I over express myself, and he instead says I overreact. He is more reserved and likes to have some time to think and reflect what just happened, or maybe just try to forget we just had an argument. Bottom line, I have an urge to express my thoughts and feelings and he reaches to escape from this and avoid a BIG fight.
