It all depends on how far south you want to go. IF you like that beautiful turquoise water, you want to go south on the gulf side of the state. I lived in 2 places in FL. One was near Palm Beach, which is on the Atlantic "water side " of the state. I live in NJ just 40 min. from Atlantic City, so am use to seeing the "gray " Atlantic ocean. I then lived in Venice which is near Sarasota/ Ft. Meyers area. This IS on the beautiful gulf side of the state, but further south. It's well worth going to see that so beautiful water, plus is much warmer there in the winter time. Depends on what you prefer tho & how far down you want to go. On a Honeymoon, most anywhere you go is going to be a rememorable experience for you nonetheless...all the best to you...:) |
