How can we plan a great honeymoon for less than $2000?
My fiance and I need to find a way to plan an inexpensive honeymoon. I think we could come up with around $2000 for the trip we would like it to last at least a six or seven nights. I was secretly hoping my parents would be willing to give us some of their frequent flyer miles and hotel points as a wedding gift that's what they gave me as a college graduation gift , but it turns out they are not planning to do that. We live in California but would prefer to travel somewhere farther away for our honeymoon. I have done a fair amount of international travel, so having a local honeymoon seems a bit anticlimactic. I don't make a lot of money I'm a teacher , but I would love to go to either the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Australia, New Zealand, or Hawaii. Please help me with suggestions of hotels, airlines, countries with a good exchange rate, etc. I have been looking online at resorts and have become discouraged everything seems to cost $3000 or more Thanks Our honeymoon will be early July, if that makes a difference in your recommendations.Darracats... where in Fiji did you stay? Can you give me ideas of good hotels?I don't think we want a group tour. We sort of want a private room at a resort sort of experience.
Is Las Vegas really a great honeymoon spot?
My fiance and I want to go to Vegas for 5 days on our honeymoon. Is it worth it? Will there be enough to do in those five days? We are also on a budget, so is it fairly expensive to honeymoon in Vegas?

my fiance and i are tying the knot this october and we're looking for a great honeymoon location...the thing is we're not looking to staying more than 4 5 days because we have a 3 mo old at the time he'll be around 7 mo's and it would be hard on my parents to watch him since my mom is a teacher and my dad works during the day...and my fiance's mother also works during the day...his sister might be able to but thats not the point...anyway we're looking for a place near or around the states...great airfare or decent at least lol and a place that has a good reputation obviously any help would be greatly appreciated

I am not getting married anytime soon. I was just doing some thinking out of curiosities sack. I don't want to go to Hawaii cause I think it's overrated. I was thinking places like Australia, Fiji, or Greece for a Honeymoon would be cool. What do u guys think? Are these good honeymoon spots?

Advice on great honeymoon resort destinations?
Hi I am getting married at the end of June and my parents graciously offered to send me and my husband to any location that has a Hilton or Marriott hotel which is wonderful because otherwise we wouldn't be able to afford much of a honeymoon at all . Does anyone have recommendations of great Hilton or Marriott hotels?We saw on the website that there were beautiful resorts in Costa Rica, Seychelles, Maldives, and Tobago. Have you ever been to any of these places? Other suggestions are welcome, too.We are looking for a beachy, islandy, resorty type place, but we would also like a place that had plenty of more rugged areas to explore outside the resort. Thanks

me and my partner are getting married in october and would like to go some where nice for our honeymoon. now we dont want to spend loads of money we still have a home and cars to pay for when we get back. so we'd like somewhere nice but somewhere that's not going to cost a bomb we wanted to go to the maldivies but it was 5000 british pounds for two weeks, that's the amount i pay for my house a year i dont want to pay that. so any where that doesnt cost over that would be nice thanks for your help. we dont mind sunny places. we were also thinking of tialand but i dont know ive heard so many horrible stories from friends. help please. any good ideas.
