2nd honeymoon question for Las Vegas ?
My husband and I didn't really have a honeymoon last year. We want to see Las Vegas for our anniversary, we have been doing a lot of research on it and we can't decide which hotel to stay at. We will mostly be doing sight seeing and would like to stay in a hotel in the midst of all the action.Also,we do not travel much, is it cheaper to use an online source such as expedia, or is it best to go to a travel agent?I want this trip to go really smooth so we can make the most of it, if anyone has any helpful travel hints or suggestions for Vegas,that would be great too.Thank you SO much

Hubby and i have been married 20 years our next anniversary is march the 5th and hard as it is to believe for us we will be 21 again hehe . He works hard and never takes a break i would love to surprise him with a 2nd honeymoon holiday thing for our 21st. would love to hear stories and ideas from anyone with something special. oh btw we're not into adventure holidays or anything like that, was thinking more like laid back drink in hand under a palm tree kinda thing. this is really special would love to hear from someone or couples who have been and loved somewhere great. oh guess i should say were in Australia. thanks so much in advance

I never spend $$ without my dear husband's OK, and I hardly purchase anything. There is a 5 star luxury spa resort down the road from us top ten worldwide in Forbes and it also has a gym which he would like. It promises total relaxation in a couples retreat, which he and I could really use. I'm sure we'd enjoy it, but how can I convince him to do this without stressing him about about the cost it would only cost 1 50th of his annual income for the two night retreat . We've been married ten years and are expecting our 6th child, and it would be great to get away for just a few days. 2nd honeymoon a good idea?
My husband wants to go on a 2nd honeymoon. We just had our first son 2 1 2 months ago. He will be about 5 months at the time of our trip.My husband thinks we need to make time for ourselves to maintain a healthy love life.I'm hesitant about going. I'm afraid of EVERYTHING that COULD happen in our absence. Also, I'm not too thrilled about leaving him with the in laws. They have done some things to the baby I'm not too happy about, like almost giving him a hair cut, offering solids when he's not ready, waking him up to play, etc. They often do these things in my husband's absence because they know how picky he can be. I'm pretty much caught in the middle. I don't know how to tell my husband without upsetting him, or having him think I'm against his family. So I'd really just rather skip out on the whole trip.Any thoughts???
Inlaws trying to crash 2nd honeymoon?
My husband and I just returned from a week long visit with family where my husband announced that he and I had planned a trip to Vegas in a couple of months. My SIL, an avid gambler, said she would like to join us to which I replied sorry, this trip is a 2nd honeymoon reserved for 2 as it is where we were married and we would also like a vacation for just the two of us this year. She just laughed and has since made comments such as what are the dates again? , I will just show up, knock on your door and say, I m here .. etc and does not seem to be hearing me that this is NOT a family vacation.This entire trip was my husband s idea yet he now seems ambivalent to her comments and has even cracked jokes to her about saving her money for Vegas rather than reasserting what I said by expressing to her to butt out, this is our vacation. His reluctance to do this is not only making me look like the bad guy but also seems to encourage the idea that the discussion is still open to her on some level. It is apparent he seems more concerned with hurting her feelings than remaining loyal to me and our original plan. How can I put the kibosh on the whole incident and still keep the peace without cancelling our trip?

I am planning a 25th wedding anniversary celebration for my parents. Instead of gifts that my parents cannot will not use, I would like to ask for monetary donations to send my parents on a 2nd honeymoon.Is there a website I can use to have family and friends send money to that will then be presented to my parents? Ladies, I am trying to plan the most perfict 2nd honeymoon?
I have a cottage picked out with a two person jacuzzi, Roses for the room, a carriage ride for two, personal massages, and lots more but my question is. I want the Perfect smell in the room, what scent would you ladies most like to smell. Please don't just say anything, or don't say a good smell. This means a lot to me. for everyone to know I did nothing wrong. I have been deployed to Iraq, and just want to give her the best anniversary gift in the world. no it is not our 1st or even 5th it is our 6th but I have missed to many and want to show her I love her just the same as the day I married her.
