I need some help on a military marriage divorce question...?
There is a Military No Contact Order on my and a friend of mine that is stationed at the same based here that my husband is on and I live with my husband. There was nothing going on other than taling on Facebook and everything. He was deployed with my husband. The no contact started at the end of May 2011 and I am in the process of moving back home Germany to Oregon since we are getting a divorce. I will be home in a matter of 3 months. My question is how long does the no contact order last or can it drop as soon as I get back to the States? I do not see a reason for the no contact order if I am going to be 7500 miles away. So, can someone tell me the rules for the Army on this?

Who gets screwed in a same sex marriage divorce court?

Why are there so many negative people on the marriage divorce section?
Why do you gotta be so mean and tell people don't get married just because your marriage didn't work out?

Within 3 months divorce is decreed in us. What will be my visa status from dependant visa

Posting this under "marriage & divorce" b/c I need a mature, adult answer.?
If you aren't going to leave a serious answer, don't bother. I don't want any negative, insensitive, or immature comments. Please only reply if you are a mature adult preferably over 21. I'm 23, he's 22. We've been together for 8 months. We have a fantastic relationship that's been chemistry filled from the start. We get along so well and have never had any problems or fights. I think of him as my soulmate and can't picture myself with anyone else. I finally came out and told him I love him first about a month or two ago. I had been waiting several months for him to say it to me first but the feeling was like such a strong burning fire inside me that I could not hold it in any longer.I was overjoyed when he said it back to me. Still, he never says it to me out of the blue. He always looks at me and tells me I'm amazing, I can see it in his eyes. He's always telling me how grateful he is to have me in his life and never tires of seeing me. He even moved to an apartment closer to mine so we wouldn't be living 45 min away from eachother anymore. I'm the first girl he's ever travelled or been on holiday with, the first girl he's introduced to his parents, and the first girl he's talked about a future in Europe with. Sometimes but very rarely because I'm shy, I'll say " I love you" and he says it back every time, but he still has never said it first. Why is this? Does this mean he might not really love me? Do I love him more than he loves me?? Could this be a bad sign that our relationship won't last? or should I just give him time? Should I talk to him about it and if so what should I say? I don't want to sound needy or come off too strong, and I've always been careful not to run away with my emotions or feelings or really let them show much, but I can't help how I feel and this is driving me mental. Does he really love me like I do him or is he just saying it because he feels like he should?I have talked to him about it before. I simply told him that I can't wait to hear him say it to me one day. He smiled and said he's shy about things like that and for him it takes time. I'm just worried because I've heard things like " when you know, you know" and I'm scared that because he hasn't said it after 8 months, he doesn't truly feel it. I was in a 4 year relationship a few years prior to this one. We lived together for 3 years and he never told me he loved me. He just never liked the expression and didn't find it important to say. I'm scared of history repeating itself, I guess. My boyfriend now is nothing like my ex, he's beyond amazing. I can actually FEEL it, I just wish I could hear him say it, that's all.As for the question about his nationality... he's from England... slight cultural difference but not really. We're both white if that's what you're on about I can see why a lot of you might think I'm too young and moving too fast. I feel more experienced than it sounds... I've been in a fair share of serious, long term relationships. Like I said, I was in a marriage practically living with my ex and he never told me he loved me. I think that experienced is what's scarred me, and now I'm having insecurities because of the past.I just want to make it clear that I am beyond passed the " dating stage" of my life and am feeling serious about my current relationship.

Why are these trolls are bashing everytime when someone posts a question in the marriage & divorce section ?
I'm tired of this bashing that is always happening on the marriage & divorce section, i posted a serious question about me and my wife it was a question regards my anniversary and i wanted to get something for my wife like a jewelery necklace. So after a couple of minutes there was this user named salicious crumb who replied with a inappriopriate answer and bashed and threatened me. This user has done it not once but three times and it sounds like he or she is a troll that needs to get kicked out. This not only has happened to me but it has happened to my wife also too, she asked a question about something about a air cleaner and the user salicious crumb bashed on her. Does anyone know what we could do to stop salicious crumb from bashing on people ??? Because some people are asking serious questions and all that troll is doing is getting people's accounts suspended and giving inappriopriate answers. He's not the only troll but there is a new troll that is creating tons of fake yahoo answers accounts and asking stupid questions. Does anyone know what we could do so we can stop these users ?

Why are people so rude on here? marriage/divorce?
You ask a question and people have rude answers, I swear I want to just slap them. Like I get it, but you say one thing and they turn it into something so negative, people waste their time online just to be rude, shows how unhappy you are. I never answered rude on anyones questioned, they didn't ask for that.

Why do westerners have minimal tolerance for problems in marriage & divorce so quickly, even with 'abuse?'?
I mean, westerners feel that all instances of disagreement are best settled by divorcing, and say if a man or woman hits you once, without finding out the reasons or scenario behind it, that divorce is the answer, when it's NOT always the case. One such couple is my aunt and uncle, who are good to each other, and they have their disagreements and problems and one day, the mu aunt took it too far and called her husband an 'a s s h o le ' and he smacked her across the face. He's a great man and husband and provider. He just lost it that one time and she still forgave him and they're happily married and he is NOT an abuser. He does NOT beat her or anything. THus, why do westerners call everything abuse and brake up? Often times, you need to swallow your pride and try to make it work. Moreover, it's fun to say divorce is needed when problems arise if you're 35, but when you're old and alone at 50, it's a waste. Why not try to save the marriage, even in instances of hitting, if it's needed? Why don't they make compromises? They don't know jack about what a marriage is. I think with hitting, MANY couplers can hit or curse each other every now and then, but as long as it's not chronic and they still love and care for each other, there isNO REASON for them to break up. I say this even as a female myself. If I were in my aunt's place, I still would NOT divorce him, and I'm, glad she didn't. Why destroy 20 years of marriage over a stupid slap? We all make mistakes. What do u say? What's worse, Westerners think that calling the cops on your spouse is the answer, when it's NOT always the case. Unless your husband wife is really doing something bad, like coming at u with a knife, gun, etc, why call the cops on them? That can further alienate them and cause divorce. They can often make it worse. It's bad for the kids too when their parents separate. How can Westerners be so foolish and stupid by saying that all hitting or cursing is cause for divorce, when they don't know the case at hand?

Relationships & marriage/divorce?
First Off.. let me start by congratulating all those of you out there that have left others some really both helpful as well as intelligent comments, however for those few others, my advice to you is simply and quickly go get some more education and develop some class..you have no business giving out advice. MY QUESTION Is there anyone out there with good old fashioned values anymore? The more I see and read on here the more I question today's world. Please enlighten me. Thanks???WTF... rotf. Well and here are 2 prime examples of what I was just stating.." Tess" and " Barb" surely one of you ladies aren't paranoid and the other has the ability to read the entire sentence, right? Omg that was too funny.. so worried about jus leaving any old comment and not factoring in how silly you look. To the rest of you out there how about showing some love...hehe Thanks
