Is it legal to get a divorce without adding the child?
I saw my daughters divorce papers today and they said the divorce was final, with no minor children...... but there is a child, the father Filed for the divorce in another country. so is it a legal divorce?
Are these grounds for an immediate divorce? The part about the guy living in my house?
Maybe a better question would be is this considered adultery even though we arent actually living together but seperated? Here's the deal. Me and my future ex wife got in an argument because she left me with 2000 dollars worth of bills and I told her she could keep a the income tax because she said she only got a thousand dollars. Well I stayed the night at the house to do some college work online and found out the next morning she actually received 4500 claiming married separated. Well I turned off all the lights in the house because she refused to help pay bills and I'm stuck living with my parents barely able to pay the bills i have and can't stay there but she is staying there with me supporting the bills for that house until she gets back in the appartment she used to live in. Well she waited for 2 months to start looking and I been out for a month and a half. So I found out that there was a call for a domestic violence against her husband but I haven't been stopped at all so I do a little research and find out that her ex boyfriend the babys daddy has been staying at that house and her dad had called him in because he was scared for his daughters life. So the cop stopped him at the door and turned him around and this was the same cop that issued me my restraining order for a bunch of lies. I go to court Tuesday and need to know if I should get my lawyer to get these documents or not. Only if it could be grounds for immediate divorce. And we have nothing at all together except the house that we was renting and I've already had to get out from under a contract lease because I simply can't afford it especially if I can't even stay there and her boyfriend is. And also she wrote on the restraining order that she put on me we have been seperated for 3 months so my lawyer is saying we can say that we have been separated for 3 months because she wrote that on a state mandated paper.

Would she have to include child support request on divorce response?
I have filed for divorce and its been over 4 mths now and have not recieved a response from her at all and all of the sudden I get served with papers to appear for a child support hearing. Should her child support request not be put in her response to my divorce? What can I do at this point with this situation?

i have been living with my husband for 6 years now. i got miscarage of9 months on 2007 because of him going out with elder womans like hismom. i accept that i loose my baby and he appologise that he wont doit anymore. i got another miscariage on 2009 at 4 months and he saidhe wont do it anymore. he will wait for only a month and he will goout again sleeping outside. i got pregnant for the third time and wehave blessed with a baby boy and now he is turning two years.we movedback from Mamelodi and we come to stay in pretoria town. he was alwaysbeating me for no reason after i got a baby and one day he kick me andbeating me with glasses and bottles and i feel pain on the operationbecause it was still 2 months from birth and when i ask him why areyou beating me he wont have an answer. the situation become worse andhe dont come back home anymore. sometimes i will find him with agirlfriend parking his car on parking and he will beat me infront of agirlfriend and the girlfriend will be laughing at me. on the next daywhen girlfriend met me she will laugh at me telling her friends that iam stupid and i just keep quite. one day he didnt come home and hiscar was in parking and i was to go to church in the morning, i justpass by a security room and knock on the door and there was noresponce, i try to call him and his phone rang inside and i try toopen the door and find him sleeping with the other woman naked. andinstead of appologising he beat me and run after me naked with agirlfriend naked. i try to call his mom and she sait she will talk tohim and when his mom try t talk to him he will pretend that he isregreting and he will do the same thing when we come back. for nowsituation is very bad and he is working he does not even provide witha mney for rent or food or pampers. on payday he dont sleep in thehouse for three days and he will come home without a single cent andhe will ask me for money for petrol. now he is no longer coming homebecause i didnt give him money for petrol he come back at 3 00 in themorning and sometimes 4 00 and bath to go to work. he is now using ametrorail train to go to work and he pack his car because he dont havemoney to go to work. i still have more news to explain but due to timei will give you only this information.please help

Grounds for annulment/divorce?
Can I file for annulment if I willfully refuse to consummate the marriage? I stayed with him for a week?Also, I felt a family obligation to get married but I do not like him at all. We are not compatible on any level. I only spoke to him once before the marriage.Additional Detailsthe marriage was not consummated even though he forcefully tried to consummate. but from reading online I thought you can only use " non consummation" if due to impotency.The reason I'm refusing to consummate the marriage is because I had only barely seen him before the marriage I told him that I didn't want any sexual relationship with him until we had gotten to know each other better and that it would most likely be once he was in the US since I don't think 5 days is enough to get to know a person and after getting angry at first he said he agreed with me and that it would be for the best but every night he tried to force himself on me and I kept saying no. the last night he was the most forceful but I was leaving anyway the next morning. On one of the nights he had said he didn't care for sex but that we had to complete the " act" because it was required for immigration purposes even though I told him that was not the case because I barely knew him and I didn't feel comfortable with him now i'm thinking that he only married for his green card because he made no effort to get to know me or respect my wishes. Also from his behavior during the day time I asked him if he even liked me and he simply shrugged his shoulders and said what was done was done that he couldn't change it now and that we would have to continue the relation for his family's sake even if we didn't like it. I would not have refused if we had know each other before the marriage but I thought we'd have enough time between the one week I was with him and the time it took for him to get his visa and that's when it would lead to sexual activity. The marriage took place in India not sure how it was registered if under Hindu or Special Marriage Act how can I find out without asking him? He's an Indian citizen I'm an American citizen from India living in NJ I'm not sure how to legally end this marriage he's not willing to end it, he thinks i'm his property and have to do what he says I have not filed for him to come to the US and I never will

Why is my friend confiding in me with his parents divorce?
I have known the kid for a few years but we were never friends until this year where we had the same classes together.. and just a few weeks ago i went to his house and vice versa.
