Does anyone know anything about Idaho divorce laws?
Ok here is the issue My sister lives in Idaho and is married and has two kids Her and her husband haven't been happy for years now and she has finally decided it needs to end She has no family there All her family is in Oklahoma and Texas So she is wanting to move with me in Oklahoma until she gets on her feet She wants this to be as easy as possible I am trying to find out if she would even be able to leave the state with her kids I mean she wants them to have a relationship with there dad, but she needs to be close to her family is why she needs to move And my other question is does she have to file in Idaho?? I am trying to help her the best I can, but don't know all the answers
