I need help with divorce information?
I have been married for almost 3 years now. We got married at 18 years old because we were stupid. We live in Texas and got married under common law. We are going to keep living together until summer when our lease is up around June. We have no idea how to even begin the process. Both of us agree to it. We don't have kids, we don't own any property, and we just want to make the divorce go as peacefully as possible. We have separate bank accounts, nothing is shared. What I want to know is how do we go about this as quickly, cheaply, and easily as possible? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

so my sisters husband cheated on her 2 years ago and she just found out this year... he has been to councelling and everything before he told her as well... so he has had the chance to heal and she hasnt...they couldnt stop fighting and he has actually become really contolling once they got married.my sister tried to kick him out of where they are living my mothers rental property but he wouldnt go so she left. she is wanting to file for divorce but someone told her since she left the house she has to pay for it? is this true? or is there a way to make him pay... after all he is the one who slept with 2 hookers and became controlling. it was his fault this all started...
I need help with divorce and back child support?
I have been married for 7 years.My wife left me 5 years ago. We both have not filed any kind of separation papers. This is in the state of NC. When she left me she had committed illegal adultery and had 3 other kids with another man. The other man have gave me a hard time about seeing my child or my wife because he thought we would get back together. When she kicked me out of our home my life was ruined. I had to move from place to place to get back on track. I have been financially unstable since the day she kicked me out. She has never asked for any kind of child support, which I know she shouldnt have to ask but I have had a hard time getting stable. Well now she asking for a divorce and wants me to give up all rights to my baby to her and her boyfriend. The reason why she is asking is because she is saying that I havent paid for anything and I havent seen him since she left. I have seen him a few times but like I said, she left me, she committed adultrey, and when she left I couldnt get stable. She even took the car that was jointly signed between me and her. Im am right now getting my life back on track and I dont know what to do. She said if I dont give up our baby than I will have to pay back child support. I want to pay child support and I want to be the Daddy that I know I can be. But if we are still married never separated what will that look like in the court of law? Will I lose? Will they make me give up my one and only baby?

My hippo of a wife is determined to have a babby and says she is oliveating and today is the best day to git pregnate. She is very very fat and ugly and we hate each other so i don't want no babby with her. I had a really good day today I ran to the bank at my lunch time today and low and behold my wife hadn't taken out my whole paycheck yet so i got me out $40 and went and ate six chili dogs. I don't git to eat that good cause she won't give me lunch money, so anyway when i git home and open the door she's standing there in the kitchen with this tiny little thong and little pasties on her enormus, saggy boobs and she was saying " let's pound the fruit, big boy it's time for making babbys" . I couldn't help it I vomited all over the floor. She is the most repulsive thing i ever saw and of course that caused another huge fight and when the sherrif arrived i told him that she hit me in the face when i came home and i was crying and snotting so they arrested her and she put up an awful fight with them and they had to taze her. i was laughing and laughing Her daddy is a lawyer and i rekon she'll be back her before long but i've decided to leaver her. What do i do first? Do i live in my truck? Can I burn down the house? it's MINE should i git a girfriend first? Please, for the love of God, help me Just so you know this was one of the worst fights we ever had. We got to bumping our bellies into each other and screaming and we slipped on the vomit and crashed into the wall and busted out the drywall. The neighbors have to call the cops on us all the time but this is the first that they actually slapped the cuffs on her three sets It was so funny, she lost all her clothes and was covered with puke and dirt and the neighbors and cops were grossed out. When she gits home i rekon i better be gone.

What would you do if friend offered to help with divorce by making your wife disappear.?
We are at the end and heading down the road to divorce. Last week a friend of mine said if was sure about it being over that she could just disappear. I did not dig into details other then he said that some people he knows would help with her disappearance but if I said yes there was no going back. That she would just vanish forever. It kind of freaked me out since he was Dead serious. I know of some of the people he hangs out with and they are a very scary shady group of people. In other words I take him at his word. He has been a friend for years we served together and since save his $$ once in combat he has always said he " OWES" me. But it really freaked me out that type of comment. What would you do if someone said that to you?

I have been searching the internet for sites that connect women who are dealing with divorcing. I can't find anything helpful Everything that pops up is about divorce lawyers or how to divorce an abusive spouse. I am married to a man who has moved us into his mothers house because he doesn't want to go to work, then uses excuses about how he DOES want to go to work, and that it's his employers fault for allowing him to take so much time off I have two kids and I am tired of waiting around for my husband to get it together. I need to make a life of my own He is a fool, he had it all. A doting wife, a house, loving kids, a UNION job. But nothing is ever suiting to him so he sees fit to throw it all away. He seems like he might finally be coming around, but after 7 years of his crap I'm sooo ready to move on. I need somewhere to go where I can get all of this stuff off my chest, and do a little b ing. I wish I had kept a diary of some of the stuff he's pulled, like making me ride my bike home because he didn't want to come bring our kids to come pick me up and wanted to leave them with a " friend" who he knew all of a couple of weeks. Oh, and here's this gem our doctor had to pull me in the office and tell me that if I couldn't get my husband to shower, he wouldn't be able to see him anymore And now sits there and tells me how he's such a great guy. He makes me crazy Literally he has had me feeling like a crazy psycho because I expect him to work and put the kids to bed in proper attire with sheets on their beds I am over it Sorry to rant, but man I have to find a way out of this situation. Need help with divorce situation?
Ok, well my father wants to divorce my mother and he's a sack of s t and i've already come to terms with that. But what really pisses me off is how he's gone about it. He hasn't talked to anyone in months, just lays in the living room and watches tv or whatever, always brings fast food home saying he's preparing to live on his own. My father, while it's been with me or my brother has always had this control complex. When we were kids he would have this program that kicks us off the computer after a specified time, and that's justified when we were children, but at 19 now he still has rediculous restrictions. He keeps the internet on for all his devices, and shuts if off for the rest of the house and wants us to be the ones to ask him for internet, as if he's doing us a favor by doing so. Now this translates into what he just did to my mother. They had a joint bank account and another savings account that should touched very sparingly. My mother would take some money out for essentials, food, clothes, etc, but my father thought she was " swindling" money from him so when they eventually got divorced she would have something to keep her afloat. That was NOT the case, however, when my father left to florida without telling anyone, ofcourse he closed their joint account and opened up another account in his name only. So now my mother has to ask him whenever she needs money, just like he wants her to. I read somewhere that closing the bank account, leaving us with nothing, while on his trip to florida could be called " abandonment" legally. Everyone is quite sick of my father and he's nothing more than a plague to this family. Our house is in both my mother's and father's name, but i'm curious, is there anything we can do legal wise to get him out of the house or anything else we could possibly do? dmarlenait's not access to the COMPUTER, I bought my own laptop, my father controls the router, and while i have unlimited access to my laptop, he keeps the internet off for everything that isn't his, not the point of this question though.

Hi im Christine and i live in Cincinnati Ohio and i have been married to an abusive saudi man for 8 years now just about and i left him 4 years ago but he still comes around and he will not give me a divorce and if i say i will he threatens to take my son from me and go to saudi arabia. I have never been in a situation like this before and honestly i am afraid for myself and my son because he still tries to come to my place and fight with me like we are still " together" . i have been trying to file for divorce long story short i recently found the correct address in order to serve him the papers..paid the sheriff and after waiting for so long i recieve a letter saying he does not live there unable to serve The crazy thing is I know he lives there cuz my mom delivers mail to him tried doing people finder and cant find nothing.. how can i get proof of his current address?
