Child family law uk - how do I arrange supervision visits and should I?
please help. last evening I had to call the police as my as was partner woke up our son, and dressed him at 11.35 pm and removed him from the house to take him to his flat, as I had told him our relationship was over. He said that he would return him at 2.0am. Of course I tried to talk him out of this, but our son was getting most upset, so I backed away. I called the police who brought my son back to me. His father is not physically abusive but mentall, and to use our son like this was just to hurt me, The police said that this would go to court, I work full time, I now have to find child care rapidly. My small son who is 6, wants to see his dad and is most upset. Do I allow him access to his son immediately not with me abround but do I trust him not to run off with him again No my brain is screaming at me , but I hate to see my little boy so sad. I think I already know the answer, but just some common sense talk to me please ie. you guys. My head is all fuddled, I will call a solicitor tomorrow to put guidelines in place, the police are coming back to see me today, thats what they said , Im not a ill educated woman, but years of being told that Im stupid ect has made me doubt myself on several occations, I have taken this guy back into my life several times, and this time it is the End. If he wants to be in our sons life, I assume I can arrange a supervision visit, I believe thats what its called, and how soon can this be done ? and how do I do this ? please help thank you so much.

I'm 34 weeks pregnant, and in a horrible relationship with the father.I'm not gonna get into the little dirty details, but I've been trying to leave him for the past couple months, but he always stops me. He also wants to relocate our " family" to Arizona in march, where he's from.However, I don't feel comfortable with him, and I don't want our daughter to grow up in a dysfunctional family. I tried to leave him last nite, but he threatened to take our daughter from me and take her down to Arizona. What can I do to prevent this? I don't want him out of her life, but I don't want to be with him and I don't want him to take her from me. He does have a criminal record domestic violence, assault, all misdemeanors though and technically he shouldn't even be in washington state right now because he's supposed to be on probation in AZ. I don't have anything on my criminal record at all. However, I did have a CPS case when I was 17 that forced me to give my oldest daughter up for an open adoption. It had nothing to do with abuse or neglect, just housing situations. He has a steady job and a nice apartment, I just left him to live with my mom and i'm on bedrest so no job, but I have a stable roof over my head.I want to file a parenting plan, but i'm scared that i won't win. Based on the information here for both parties, would I be able to win a custody dispute? I want to push for full custody, and give him supervised visitations.I'm 19, and he's 25. He has a long history of domestic violence, though he was never physically abusive towards me, however he did slip up once and fractured my jaw.I have held 3 jobs in the past, and i have the job skills and I'm very intelligent so finding a job will be no issue for me after i have the baby. When i was 17 though I was homeless so a cps case was filed and i was eventually forced to give my daughter up for adoption. Family Law Help Children And family?
I have been divorced for 4 years now and I am having trouble with my ex wife. She is lazy and doesn't do anything for the children. I pay child support for my kids but they spent more time with me than her. My concern is that my 6 year old daughter and my 3 year old son when they come back from her mothers house to visit me they come back cursing saying lots of bad word and all dirty. My daughter tell me that their mom wakes up very late and do not make breakfast for them. My mother went to pick them up last week and she said that the house had an unbelievable smell, and had dog poop QL over the floor. She also lives with her mother which is sick and she lets her do the MOM & Grandma work. moths ago she took me to court on a supposedly domestic violence case against my daughter because my daughter said that I roughly threw her in the pool. This women will build a case and make up stuff if she feels that she is losing the fight. I want to talk with social services but I dint want that when their mother find out she will make up something and will case me up. I am very worried about my children and dint know what to do. Also my kids be talking about their uncle from their mothers side smoking marijuana and going to jail and stuff like that. I dont know what to do please help????????????????

get my witness list and all my evidence in very soon before we are due back in court. This is happening b cuz my 6 yr old son is geetting abused by his step mom. cps said unfounded due to time of the interview with my son, the bruises were gone cps came 11 days after the cops called them . cps failed to follow their own rules and regulations and now my son has to still go back and forth. the judge did not believe a word i said because i dont have the police report the DA office has report and wont release it . this is the FOURTH documented assult against my son from this women. no one is listening to me. i am his voice. i cant afford an attorney. I need some really really good advice on how to go about this " evidential hearing" . dad has an attorney. i know he is going to try and rip me apart. but there nothing they have against me or my hubby. seriously, dad has been arrested for DV, DUI, failed a drug test, contempt charges, FTA, FTP, back child support and the courts dont friken care. they threatened ME to take my son away from ME for NO CIRCUMSTANCES. Guess it doesn hurt when you know the " family law" Judge like dad does. this is gonna cause me to have a darn heart attack HELP
