Coping with divorce tips,please...?
I woke up this morning to the new word divorce. I knew it was coming but of all days why this one, i'm sure it would have been like that anyways but i just need some tips on coping with this, and who should i stay with my mom or my dad? Who gets what pets,cars,etc. Also if anyone has experienced being one of the kids that went through this is it awkward when you go to your mom dads house alone? Any advice help please i really need this, im about to start a new school to and that will be hard enough with this going on...

Divorce Tips Please!!?
My husband and I have been separated for over a year. I just moved and found out that I cannot file for the divorce which we both decided was the best option for ANOTHER WHOLE YEAR. I have asked him over and over to file it where he lives, even going so far as to offer to pay half the costs, like a responsible person should.The only reply he's given me is to curse at me and call me a line of insulting names.I've tried calling Legal Aid in both our states and they won't help unless he had physically abused me, which he hadn't. He did everything except hit me. I need help. Advice, tips, pointers. I've never been through a divorce before, and never had this kind of thing happen to me. I want to divorce this man so bad, and it seems like all he wants to do is call me a whore and hang up on me.This is in reference to a divorce which must occur between a resident of Kentucky and a resident of South Carolina.My husband and I have been separated for over a year. There is really no way I can afford to eat and pay for this divorce myself through most lawyers. Which is why I went to legal aid for help and was rejected because he didn't physically abuse me.
