The money time spent with spuds etc has all been sorted and works well so it should completely uncontested Just want it done with and dont really have the time to running round courts etc but dont want to be filling fat cats pockets.. Do these divorce services really work?
I live in Louisiana and have just ordered some documents through a company called " court Divorce services" . I paid 100 dollars verses the 900 it would have costed with a lawyer And I am just supposed to be able to fill these documents out, get them notarized and filet hem myself without using a lawyer. I am just wandering has anyone else went this route with a divorce, and was it successful? it is a completely uncontested divorce. we have no community property. And we have 2 children together. we have been seprarated for a year so we have already established our own child support and visitation schedules. Has one else done it this way?

Are online divorce services reliable?
I was researching how to get a divorce in the state of New Mexico, and in my search and online service that draws up the papers for you and then you still have to pay the court costs. Can I trust this? Any experience with a particular website you care to share?P.S dont judge me for wanting to get a divorce. its completely against my morals but staying in this marriage means agreeing Im not worth being treated right. And I think I am.

My wife and I will have been separated for 5 years this May 2009 . We put it off awaiting the other to file. Neither of us wanted to pay for it. She left me for a neighbor so why should I. I just want it over with, so now I am willing to pay. Cheap on line if possible .It will be an easy non contested divorce.Yet with us being in separate states I sense that as an issue. How does the judge decide the property distribution if the divorce papers were served by publication and the other party does not respond? I have a house in both our names, I pay for it all myself, but will I have to give my ex half even if she does not show up?
