Will divorce rates get decreased by increasing the cost of divorce?

With increasing divorce rates and difficulties associated with child care, making the relationship work etc,?
will the institution of marriage be lost in a century or so?I think so, because as divorce rates are increasing, some people don't like get married, as they feel successes rate is becoming less, also the cost of living is more and many people feel that having even a single child is difficult. And due feminist movements, more and more come out of marriage or don't get married at all for their career growth, personal happiness i.e. they need not care for children, cook etc etc. Also now world is becoming more and more sexually liberated and weather its man woman getting sex today has become very easy. Also pre martial and extra martial sex is being considered less taboo by many particularly those in West. If things continue like this, I think in a century or so marriages will no more take place and we will all become like animals, anyone can have sex with any other person

Since divorce rates of Arab men in the world are so low, shouldn't more women marry Arab men in the US?
well you might have to convert to Islam then, that's all. But the kids are going to be counted as Muslim regardless. But that's about it.

Why divorce rate in India is rising day by day?
When I decided to seperate from ex, I thought I am one of those few unfortunate girls who has to go through this, but I am now seeing divorcee people all around. When I went to family court for divorce filing, I saw so many in waiting daily and I was told by lawyer that there are in numerous pending divorce case and that is the reason it takes time for dates and hearing in courts. I looked up to matrimony sites and so many divorced profiles are found and in one way I am relaxed that I will not have to compromise in my criteria for life partner as I have many options. But just in case wondering that what is the reason for so fast rising divorce rate in India.

Do you know why divorce rate is low in India compared to west? because?
Some people say that in west divorce rate is 50 % while in India its much lower. Do you know why? Not because each and every couples in India are happy with their marriage, but due to strong cultural force and societal pressure, financial dependency of women and hectic laws for divorce, people are scared to go for divorce and put up with the marriage even if they are not happy. Divorce rate in west could be higher because women there are financially independent and divorce are not considered as taboo and people find the partner for dating and second marriage easily and hence, if some problem happens, people finds a easy way of going for divorce rather than tolerating and putting up with bad marriage. Thought the divorce rate is 50 % there, whatever number of marriages are there is happy marriages unlike India where divorce rate is low but there are many unhappy marriages and people, esp. women have to put up with abuse of husband and inlaws and also sometimes put up with unhappy and bad marriage due to societal pressure. Many married women in India commit suicide in order to get rid of bad marriage instead of daring to go for divorce. This is sad situation in India. However I don't believe that divorce should happen for small small issue, but sometimes couples in India don't dare to go for divorce even when there is serious issue in marriage just because indian society is still not open to divorce. Do u agree with it?

Why is the divorce rate so high?
BQ Is it even worth it to get married?

Is it true the divorce rate is high - I don't know anyone who is divorced?
I am 27 years old and live in Canada. I don't believe the divorce rate is high. All of my family, friends, coworkers, and friends of friends are all married and none are divorced. Of all the people I know, only know 1 in 20 people get divorced. My friends and family all range in being married for several years or newlyweds and I don't see my newlywed friends ever getting divorced.

Why is the divorce rate 50%?
It seems like men and women don't get along these days in relationships. Why is it so hard for men and women to be in good relationships that last?
