What is considered as a fair trial for divorce procedures?
I have a couple of questions regarding divorce and was hoping someone would be able to help me out. I live in TX so i really am not aware of the rules and regulation of the divorce process and its law. Here is a bit of my situation. My ex hubby and I came to agreement to Seperate back in September of last year. We went and filed papers we both signed the form but made a mistake and signed the wavier at the same time. I didnt know there was a waiting period. We both had came to decsion to put the divorce on hold and work through out our issues. I called up the court here in TX and said that it was final. First, off all both of us didnt show up for court. But the agreement was signed by the judge. When we both didnt show up the first time. The 2nd time my ex got notified by the court that he needs to come and pick up the paper work so he went and had no idea about it without my consent and actually wanted to talk to the judge himself. My ex told me that at that time that bc we were on no speaking temrs he didnt let me know about it and did what he had to do as far as showing up and he was well aware of what our plans were, the 2nd time around. I dont want any money coming out of this. Not, only he did not tell me about showing up the 2nd time around, he was trying to get some money out of the accident he had last year and that time we were still seperated and not divorced yet his plan was to take the money and not tell me about it and found out through my father and my lawyer that I was entitled to some money coming out of the case. There are no kids involved we dont have children. But can I ask for a fair trial? Our divorce was over a year and a half ago. Is it to late to ask for a fair trial?

My husband moved out one month ago I found out he was having a filthy correspondence with a co worker and hasn't filed for divorce yet, even though I'm constantly asking him to do it so that I can finally move on. Today he said I will receive the " filing" by mail in a week.What does it mean ? I thought that I'd be served with papers...I don't want to file because I have a green card based on our marriage and he said he would report me to Immigration, saying I was just waiting for the green card to ask for a divorce which is not true, since I left him when I found out those obscenities sent to a co worker .

What is the divorce procedure in scotland?
I have been separated fro over 2 years with 2 kids under 16. My ex is filing for a divorce he is planning to get married in just over 4 months . I know I can't contest the divorce but he does not always pay money for the kids, can I have an arrangement written in as part of the divorce or can he just get divorced without it. How long does it take normally, he has just 4 months until his wedding? The CSA is not an option as he is self employed and hides most of his salary.

The man was on the docket for tomorrow and his wife called and said it was postponed until june 5th...he has not received any notification, she supposedly received a letter today, but put in the burn barrel??? please explain He is still going to show up tomorrow just in case

My ex & I got married legally in Melbourne in 2002 as a Visitor Tourist visa ,but we got separated in 2006 in our country of origin.We both want to file for divorce even if we are not in Australia anymore, he is now working in UAE while I am in Malaysia just to clear our names.Anybody knows how we can make this possible?thank you so much..
Help in divorce procedure?
I live in Spain and want to divorce. I still do not speak Spanish well enough to manage to find organisations that help women during the divorce in Spain, so please can someone give me some ideas to whom to turn to and provide names of some organisations or institutions that I could address. Thanks a lot in advance, any help is more than appreciated.I know that Spain is not the issue, maybe I have not explained my question well. I heard that there are Las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales ONGs , que realizan actividades en favor de las mujeres and would like to know if someone knows any of those organisations in Madrid if yes, to tell me the name so I can look them up in internet and get in contact with them. We on divorce procedure but he wants me back again!!!?
we r together for 6 years but married for 2. we r actually on divorce procedure because he brinks a lot n everyday. N he leave me home alone to go n drink with friends. i left him several times but he always promised to change to get me back. we live seperate for the moment n he wants me back again but i don't trust him anymore even through i love him n he loves me.what must i do?
