Why do men get married when there is a good chance that it will end up in the obviously sexist divorce courts?
For the last 30 years they have seen bad women use a rigged court system to screw men and ruin father child relationships.Why, knowing this, would they continue entering into a social contract with virtually no benefits to them?
Is the real reason gay marriage is illegal simply because the divorce courts wouldnt know who to screw over?
Two men? Who gets the hose?Two women? Who gets to play the victim?
Ladies, what is your opinion on American divorce courts?
You constantly hear that MEN have to pay something like 60 % of their income on child support and alimony, they're never allowed to see their kids, they lose their house and car that THEY worked for and earned, etc.I mean obviously you'll probably say this is a sweet deal because it benefits women to all ends. But in all honesty, what is your true honest thoughts about how these happen? To me it just doesn't seem fair that if a woman cheats on a man and a divorce is filed, she's basically rewarded with everything he has ever worked for

My marital agreement stated that I had to let my ex spouse know by April 30th which weeks I wanted my son in the summer. It did not give a specific date for him and when I ask he refuses to tell me yet. is there a deadline he must follow as well?
Doesn't this sound like a crazy thing to bring up in divorce court?
Court is in 2 weeks and my husband has nothing bad on me other than I believe in spirits and that I have recorded 2 of our conversations in the past as proof how he treats me. And yes in MS it's legal b c I'm considered the one party consent. He's doing all he can to take my kids from me and even using that I have been a stay at home mother for 6 years. I'm currently applying for jobs, so that's proof I'm trying to provide for our 2 children.
My husband wants a baby and I don't. Are we headed for divorce court?
We've been married for 11 months and we were both single never married no children. I'm 32 and he's 39. We both agreed that we both didn't want children before married. Now we've been married only 11 months and he's changed his mind? Not really fair. I feel like it's fraud. I got married under false pretenses. Is our only option divorce? Personally I'm very annoyed. If he just would have said this a year ago we never would have gotten married.You can't compromise on a baby... you can't have 1 2 a baby.Why should I be happy? We agreed that we don't want children. I don't want children. I REFUSE. We had an agreement. He backed out on it. It's like me saying " honey you know i vowed to forsake all others but I think now i want to be a swinger." My figure? LOL that has nothing to do with my choice of not wanting children. I just don't have time in my life to care for an infant.. and I don't want to. Simple.
What can the fla divorce court rule "just and proper relief"?
divorce clause " that the court will grant such other relief as it deems just and proper under theb circumstances" .
Going to divorce court but using his friends daycare....need advice.?
my husband walked out on us. he dumped me. we have an 8 week old baby. his friends watch him and take very good care of him at an excellent price.the other daycares i have looked into arent very good. his care wouldnt be that great. i am hiring an attorney to divorce him. he said that his friends will fight on his side in court if they have to.i'm going for sole legal and physical custody because of his history of violence to me and his immigration status is illegal.his life is not stable. i know that him and his friends will be angry at me but will still watch the baby.should i keep him at his friends house where he is well cared for even though i am extremely uncomfortable or should i put him in the daycare where the care is not even close to being good enough?of course his friends side with him, snicker behind my back, and stare at me when i drop him off pick him up. should i just deal with it for the babys sake?

Going thru a divorce have court scheduled in 1 month, husband refuses to help support spouse financially. Is there such a thing as filing for support before the actual divorce court hearing. If so, how long does the process take?
In some ways does divorce court favor women over men when the circumstances are the same?
I actually think that in some ways that divorce court favor women over men. Even in cases where the father might be the better parent alot of people feel that the women should get the kid or kids because she carried them for 9 months. I would also have to say that in some cases alimony is over used. It is necessary if a woman sacrificed her career for 10 plus years and as a result has little earnings but what about a woman who makes an average income and marries a rich man is it fair for her to get alot of money because she lived a rich lifestyle.
What should I expect in divorce court with my Narcissistic husband?
I filed for divorce from my cheating abusive husband. We have no property or assets to fight over and he told me that he will not try to get custody of out 2 children. However, he is abusive and narcissistic and I would like to know what to expect in court.My primary questions are Will they ask us why we are seeking divorce?Will ask for details of the problems that occurred during our marriage?Will we both have a opportunity to tell our sides on what happened in our marriage?Do I need to collect evidence and bring it to court?Will they automatically approve the divorce?Any other details you can give me would be well appreciated. Would you move on or fight it out in divorce court?
My friend husband is in the military. They have 4 kds together. He lives wit his mistress whom he has been living with for now 3 years and they have a bby together. He asked her for an absolute divorce she counterclaim that she wants him to be chrged with adultery, alimony, and marital property. My friend claims she left him but they were suppose to be working it out. He lives in VA and she is in NC. Since they separated she has been getting court ordered Child support from him. I told her to move on BC if he is chrged with adultery and get kicked out then she will lose her and her kids military benefits. Like medical,dental, commissary, and the amount of child support. What do you think?
Is divorce court unfair?
A poor women marries a rich man. If they divorce 5 years later should she really be able to take half of his possessions as well as his children when she was not responsible for any of the money earned?
