I am paying 395 a month for child support, ordered by judge ..we are going threw a divorce has been going on for 1 year, we split all debts, recently I agreed to take all debts away since I plan to file for bankruptcy and speed this process. I get my son every other weekend pick him up friday drop him off Sunday. and I get him every tuesday after school , drop him off wednesday morning. now she said she also wants to add a agreement to divorce where I agree to pay 140.00 a month for day care when he is on vacation and she will sign divorce papers. If I don't agree she is going to drag this divorce out I gave her the additional 140 with child support check this month , but I refuse to pay anymore, she has him most of the time, I asked for at least 1 additional day to see my son , but she said no she already gets child support from another man for child who is not mine what can i do my attorney does nothing I already spin about 7,000 in this process and she cant afford her attorney anymore, she has the attorney waiting on money?? can she get this child care $$ she wants granted by a judge???I just want to be divorced she wants me to ONLY have my son every other weekend and 1 day out of the week.. I am already taking thousands dollars in debt from her. she just wants more $.. but wont agree to give one more day with my son I want to be divorced ASAP As a matter a fact the issue with child support and visitation have been resolved all that needed to happen next was the closing of our divorce now she wants to change everything

Divorce / Child Support Payment question for Ontario, Canada?
Okay, here's the senerio.Both parents have been seperated for over 3 years.They both had one child together. The mother during the seperation had x2 children with another man. Now they are filing for divorce but they are still on friendly terms.When it comes to custody the child mainly lives with the mother and spends weekends with the father and his girlfriend.The mother at no point has ever asked for support payments because whenever items are needed both parents purchase them.So when the divorce goes through, is there a way that there can be ZERO dollars for support payment?? Please supply links if you find proof thanks and what if both parents agree to no support to be offered will the courts over ride this or will it be a 100 % deal that the father at no point will pay support anyone out there gone through this?
Parents divorcing/child support help?
I'm 15 and my mom and dad have been seperated for a while but now my mom is engaged which I think is totally unfair because she's only known him for about a year, he hasn't even met me and my sisters, and he's in jail right now for failure to pay multiple tickets and to appear in court but she wants to make the divorce final and she wants my dad to pay child support for me and possibly my older sister. I don't want that to happen because not to be all rude against my mom ,who is a great mom, but none of that money will go towards us. and I know if we ask for something from her she will say as she always does " ask your dad for it " I don't think he should have to pay anything because we spend about 30 % of our time at my mom's house because she is the only one who can take us to school otherwise I would live with my dad. Is there any legal advice to keep my dad from paying child support? Don't give me that " you're too young to worry about this" crap because I want real advice
Military Divorce & Child Support?
I am a military wife whose soldier husband is having a questionable relationship with another woman.It's possible he may file for divorce,although there no grounds except for him wanting to be with another woman. We have 4 special needs children that attend special schooling and have daily, multiple therapies. Consequently, i have been unable to have a job or attend any kind of college. Every minute of my everyday requires the attention of my children, with at least 1 requiring it for the entirety of her life. I do not want a divorce simply because of the financial needs of the children and my inability to work outside the home.What am i entitled to as far as child support and alimony? My husband is currently E5 paratrooper with 12 years of service in. I could not even afford a lawyer if i had to. We barely make it from payday to payday.What are my rights? Can i simply refuse a divorce and remain with my children in military housing? I haven't went to his commander simply because we can't afford the loss of pay or rank it might end up resulting in. Help Yes, i live on base housing. If we are forced to leave, my children would no longer be able to receive the special services that receive at base school. I receive SSi for one child but the others are not considered " severe" enough to qualify for it. Also my husband refuses to get any kind of counseling for fear it will go against his record. He is also is the process of getting promoted. Ironically, one of his job duties is to counsel troubled soldiers. I often wonder what type of advice he is giving. Also, i have no family or friends here and it is next to impossible to find childcare for my children even if it is just to run to the store.

Ok, My ex and i seperated about a year ago, and she left to kentucky with our kids. Neither one of us has filed for divorce yet, and she is now putting me on child support. My question is, if i get put on child support can i make her move back to florida?I'm not worried about child support I DO SEND MONEY TO THEM EVERY WEEK Since she left i've only seen them once. I want to be able to see my kids WAY more than ONCE a year
Divorce....Child Support...he's not the Real Daddy?
I am in the process of a divorce & we are trying to do it uncontested cheaper ....my husband left me about 2 years ago with nothing & we stayed seperated for 1 year. During that year 2 make it short met a guy, fell in love, move in 2gether, and became pregnant with his child...well my crazy self never really quit talking to my " husband" so when I told him that I was pregnant by my live in boyfriend...he wanted me back....knowing the truth & all...he thought that if we didn't try to be together now that it would never happen...I went back & it forced the baby's real father completely away.my husband & I are now getting a real DIVORCE & he has been my childs daddy from birth. His name is on the birth certificate, & she has his last name. & he still wants to be in her life but he doesn't want to sign anything saying that he will pay child support. I need the financial help but if he don't sign what is saying that he will help us...ADVICE PLEASE The REAL daddy has 2 children from previous marriage and since remarried and has another child on the way with his new wife...and it would just cause trouble between him and his wife She is really jealous & crazy.
Alabama divorce? Child Support issue?
Lets start with some background info...got pregnant at 16. got married. had a baby. bought a house. played nice.4 Years Later.I'm not sure if its me wanting some sort of sense of independence or if its just the fact that i married the douche iest guy from high school...but i decided i'm done with married life.Anyways, I spoke with a lawyer...answered all her questions...and by Monday she will have all the forms ready for us to sign. hooray HOWEVER. i just remembered...my husbands name isn't on our child's birth certificate. he didn't have photo id when our child was born...so his name isn't on there.How will this effect child support? How will this effect child custody? Should i attempt again to have him sign an affidavit of paternity? Should i do anything at all?

The lump sum of ... $33 million is made up of a sum of ... $28 million as the capitalized figure for the wife s income needs, which the judge assessed at ... $1.2 million per annum, and a sum of ... $5 million for the wife to buy a property in London." First off, why in the hell does she need 1.2 million dollars a year? She can walk...she can work...All for Heather, and the 4 yr old is getting 70k a year.... there are families doing well with 2 children on that kind of money and that's for one child alone... then he's paying for school and nanny outside of the 70k... 70k for what? food and clothes?Why is it that divorce case judges just out there to hurt the husband's pockets, had he been richer i assure you the child support would've been more...its just a cover up to hurt the husband...And why does she people need a 5 million dollar home???Jemma... you don't care 'cause your on the receiving end... all you have to do is make up some heartbreaking story to tell to the judge and you're rich... Yes... the low income dads suffer too... I think child support should be partially on the father, because if he dies all of a sudden then what? Can't assume everyone has life insurance...making her help support the child encourages her to work instead of being lazy and spending all the child support money... make her work...isn't that what women fought for? Equal rights? They wanted the same jobs, privileges as men but when they go to court and they act like they're " just women" and can't do what men can... its like being promoted from secretary to CEO, expecting the benefits of the CEO but wanting the responsibilities of a secretary, it doesn't work, you want something you have to accept the responsibilities... Question about divorce, child support, custody and alimony in California.?
My case is that I been married to a military man for 2 years have gone thru two diployments already,had to leave my job cause of deployment and pregnancy.I have 2 kids of a previous relationship but I don't receive child support even tho i have a child support case open. I had a baby with my husband. and now I want the divorce cause my husband its really mean to my oldest son since day one also cause of deployments my feelins just fade away so anyways I let him know about it and now he wants to take the baby from me.So can anyone tell me if he is going to be able to take my baby from me? and also since i only been married for 2 years and I kind of lost my job cause of him does the alimony applies to me? and I still looking for a job but have not found it and even if i do it will be hard cause of child care. so can anyone tell me what are my chances of me keeping custody of my baby?Thanksgot to add this to it I do not use drugs or abbuse my kids either.My only problem here is that I can not support them at this momment cause I do not have a job and do not receive child support for my other two and my husband might be getting out of the service next year.I know that his parents have money and they are going to help raise and take care of the baby. I am really scare cause since he is military that might influence the judge somehow.

If husband gets SSI and a V.A. check can I get spousal support and child support for our son if I divorce. Where can I get help to do that for free?
