I am still in the middle of a divorce and I do not want to date right now but I am wondering in the future is it very likely to find a man that will love me and my kids? Right now I have a 6 month old a 19 month old and I am pregnant with 3 and only 21 years old.Am I a total loss???What do you think about single moms guys?

Especially after divorce 9 years back, she is surprised at her 22 year old son's abusive behaviour whenever he comes to meet her once in months. I want to bring smiles on her face and she is aged 56. How can I do that? She says she knows every positive word and nothing can soothe her spirit and that she is just waiting to die although she is having a high profile job and excellent health. But she hates life and does not want to marry again or even share anything good positive about life with a stranger like myself who is coming a step ahead to ensure she starts loving life. Her continous refusal to my so many emails, phone calls, sms and meetings simply makes me go crazy as i am trying to make her happy but she REFUSES any kind of help from me. what should i do?

Ok to explain about why I want full custody...... She gives her kids to me all the time because she " has" to go drinking she refuses to take a drug test after she failed her first one, it was my decision to not get the divorce and because him and I want a marriage and the kids and to move she doesn't act like a mother so why should she be treated like one??? Being a mom isn't just giving birth its nurturing, loving, providing and making sure they are taken care of. So now what do you think about the situation?
Sister going through a divorce and kids out of control.....?
My sister is going through a divorce. Been married for 15 yrs 4 kids. She has always been a good mother from making the Halloween costumes to being their biggest fan at their games. Her husband and her never really got along he has always been so lazy and would say all you do is stay home with the kids while I work. I don't have any kids of my own but I know that raising kids is a job all in it self. Anyway her husband filed for divorce after she got a DUI I know it's bad but that does not make all the years she was a good mother go away. Her husband inherited allot of money and is using that to bribe the kids. The oldest is 14 and she has gotten to the point as to calling her mother a C . My sister has still shown up to all the games, tried to call, tx, see the kids but they don't want to see her & tx her to not fight for them. It breaks my heart and I don't know what I can do to help. The kids are the ones that are suffering and my sister is trying all she can. HELP I know as well as she does that the DUI is a horrible thing. She noramally doesn't drink like that she was at a holiday party and only weighs 125 yes it was poor judgement but she is definalty not an alcholic or an child molester. You can get a DUI for having 2 drinks now if you drive 30 minutes after I was around her and the kids all the time they were like my own we were a very close family.

So my neighbor who happens to be my best friend is going through a divorce. His wife cheated on him and left the state, leaving the 3 girls they have with him. Everytime the girls talk to her on the phone she talks bad about my friend to them. She also discuses the divorce and custody stuff, Threatens to call the cops on him all the time, said she was coming back to take the girls. Now in the divorce papers it states they have joint but he has physical custody. Is she allowed to do any of the above and is there any laws against that? This is the state of Hawaii, no fault but from what I read because she left the state without the girls, she pretty much lost them. He's a good father, and is trying so hard to do the right thing for the girls, the girls are his number one priority. She sold everything in the house before she left, he now has a house full of new furniture and what not. She says he's not spending any time with them and is just being really horrible towards him. If anyone has any advice or knows anything that would help please let me know. Thanks so much.
Divorce and kids? does the truth come out about my kids being braine washed?
My ex stole my kids from me 5months ago and brain washed them to hate me and pounded it in there heads that i didnt want them. We go to court for our divorce soon and im trying to get my kids back from him im scared i will never see my kids again and that they will never know the truth. They are 11 10 10. Do u think the judge will know the truth that he brain washed my kids to hate me?

I am getting a divorce it is going to be very soon that i file but i need to know does child custody have to be taken care of before I can get divorced? Please let me know and any advice on filling is appreciated.We will file for a no fault divorce and we agree that i will have legal and pysical custody of our child with him having supervised visitation. So if we take that to a judge he should agree to that right...???

When you have joint custody meaning he has them one week i have them the next ...so on. does he have to pay child support? and can I still get child care assistance. I am in Kentuckybtw I have a good job and i do pay my bills
