Were in the middle of a custody battle and because were dad and step mom the state won't even look into the ex?
my boyfriend has a 4 yo daughter and 6 yo son that we have been fighting for custody of, we think mom's touching the little girl but all we have is what she told me one day that apparently isn't enough and documentation that's being ignored because mom teared up and said i would never hurt my daughter. i don't know what to do i do know mom can't even buy the kids clothes or shoes or anything else and they keep telling the kids ridiculous things about our house like they can do whatever they want because we don't have any rules anymore and my boys aren't there blood so they shouldn't play with them and so on and so forth and I'm getting fed up with her. sorry for the novel but i'm just at my whits end right now and need some help.

We are having a joint custody arrangement but now my ex wife is planning to move to France with her boyfriend and possibly for job. Is it possible for her to take my daughter away from me. I can't live without her. Will I get full custody if my wife leaves out of the country.

I want to leave the state and go back to my home state. The courts have already said I have to get thier permission or the fathers. He's very controlling even if it doesnt benefit him and won't let me go. He sees the kids less than once a month for a couple hours or less at a time. I have 1 adult family member here and she is always working. The rest of my family Mom aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and friends are all in another state. I have offered to drive the kids halfway so they can go with him for a week or a weekend depending in the older son's school schedule . He called me a liar and still said no. If I went to the court and said he sees the kids less than 2 hours a month as it is and I would be willing to drive half way once a month and I have no support system here do you think that would be a valid reason to leave? I know I should call a lawyer or a child support specialist but its a sunday night and Im impatient. I will call someone tomorrow.Blue Leader Did you miss the part where he DOES NOT SEE THE KIDS? What kind of father sees his kids for less than TWO HOURS A MONTH? Im supposed to sit here with no friends or family for that?
Why does the custody of the child normally go the mother?
This is really unfair. The child is born only because of the father's semen. A father is 50 % responsible for raising his child financially and emotionally. Carrying the child in womb doesn't count because if she is gonna cheat her husband in the future then why give birth to his child in the first place. It is her fault, isn't it. Why should the custody go directly to the mother if the mother happens to bang someone else? When will father's be given default custody?Breast feeding is done only at the beginning stage. Breast feeding is not done even when a baby is 4 years old so why the heck should they be given custody. What if the father truly loves his child more than the mother? How can you say the bond that the mother has is higher. I don't think so? If the bond was higher then why bang someone else? A lot of women love to cheat nowadays. The answerers are really feminists here
Can he get custody of our daughter?
I met a guy a year ago. His dad and my dad know each other. He came down with his dad to visit and ended up staying for a few weeks because he was " deciding" what he wants to do with his life. He is from Australia. I guess it was the freaking accent or whatever but I was attracted to him. we ended up having a lot of sex and I ended up getting pregnant. I found out what he was truly like during that time. My parents were trying to get me to marry him but he showed his maturity level and I decided that I did not want to marry him. He is arrogant and lazy. I had two jobs while I was pregnant and even though he could not legally work in the United States even when he went back to Australia he still did not work and relied on his dad. When I did a sonogram and found out we were having a daughter he arrogantly said that there is no way its a daughter because his family can only produce sons, his parents had 5 sons. So when we had a daughter he claimed it wasn't his and his parents paid for a blood test which she came back as his. He is really angry because he doesn't want his daughter raised in the States, he thinks she should be raised in Australia.he told me that I have two chooses, marry him and move to Australia or he will get a lawyer and get custody of our child. I am really scared because I am not marrying this jerk and I do not want him to take our daughter. My friends say it will be very hard since she was born here and he usually makes a fool of himself in front of everyone.
Child custody and child support?
my husband pays his ex wife child support and im not really sure why when its suppose to be 50 50 she has him every other monday,tuesday,wednesday and we recieve him on thursdays but for the most part she would be schelduled to pick him up on certain days and fails to do so without any contact. what are the chances on us taking her to court and getting either full custody of him and or dropping the child support? we have tried talking to her about the situations and concerns we have for his well being. he sometime feels as if she is abandoning him and in our eyes thats exactly what shes doing. what is there for us to do?
How can my partner get joint custody of hes boy?
Hes been fighting in courts for 5 years, he has followed all the mothers rules but she is pure evil, tried everything to stop him seeing hes son. Had the police out to us, social services etc etc its endless. Once all the investigatings was done they new nothing was true. The court see her as an anxious mother but how. When hes with hes dad she will speak to him on the phone and say shes really poorly so the boy gets upset and wants to go home, hes 5 years old. What rights does he have he would love full custody but doubt he would get this. He doesnt want to stop her from seeing the boy at all as shes the mom but he cant take much more. Hes very confused and call her new boyfriend dad. My partner has done everything he should, has always paid maintenance, has a full time job, has a house etc etc. Please help What can he do?????
Primary custody for father if underaged ex wife drinks?
My under aged ex took primary custody of my children, but neglects them and goes out to party every week end. Every time i get them back they have rashes and marks that she can't explain. is there anyway i can get primary custody of them using this information? and How?

I live and work in Mexico for law enforcement and have spent a lot of time in the military, but don't ever need to come back to the States. I had always paid for everything during the marriage and have always paid my child support. I am now just done and feel like moving on with my life. She took the child from me and left her in another country so I have had little contact with her.Can they come after me for child support?I'll leave the fact that women are allowed to be as lazy as they want, walk away from children with no consequences or abort, or even abandon the baby after the fact.I don't care. Can seeking counseling after a separation hurt me if I end up in court for custody?
My ex and I broke up a couple fo weeks ago, but the horrifying details are just now coming to light. We have a young child and it's been all I could do to keep it together for her sake. But right now, I really need to talk to someone and my mom is probably getting tired of my phone calls although she's been very nice about giving me time to talk . All of this is just getting to be a lot and I want to talk to someone impartial. My ex keeps threatening me with a court battle over our daughter, even though I told him I was willing to just go by standard child custody laws for this state for his visitation rights. So if it does go to court and it comes out I've seen a therapist, would that reflect negatively on me? I do not suffer from a classic mental illness, this is really just stress. I just don't want to do anything that could lose me my child.
