If in your country a woman who has no job but child divorces does she obtain some money from husband?
the woman had to stay with the child and have care of child and educate him , she had no other way and so is best.but si rarely could go to job for a year or so except when the child was put to stay 9 hours at kindergarden due to the fact that she had to supervise the child take care of him cook clean etc...in the meantime she has to divorce but the husband has all the money because he had no child at his skirt and could go to job and made plenty of money while his wife was home with the child.now the child has no money at all..not even to divorce .he keeps all his money on his name .although in the past was different...does the law in your country give the woman some money from the husband's income, and share with the woman , the fortune of her husband?..besides..exhausetd by working for child and home , and care etc..the womna is not quite prepared to take a job immediately and the child still needs supervised and care and education..

Ok so my little 16 year old sister wants to get a divorce from our parents. But she doesn't know how. I have been looking uo information about it. I can't find anything about it. We live out in California. She is getting really annoyed with our parents. She comes over crying and saying " I wanna die and I should of never been born" . She says that becuase of our parents. Is there any way she can get a divorce from our parents? If so please answer and help. Thank you sooo much.

I have been married almost 5yrs. I have a 13yr. old son from a previous marriage and now I have a 4yr old girl from my current marriage. I know the damage it did to my son and I don't want to get another divorce but there is no love in my marriage. My husband and son can't get along for 5min. and I am tired of being in the middle. I have tried counseling for myself but that isn't going to change their relationship. I made a mistake getting married but wouldnt give up my daughter for the world.I am almost 8yrs older than my husband and when we married he had never been in a very serious relationship. We had our daughter right away because I was almost 40. I feel I rushed him into marriage long before he was ready to be a husband or a father, let alone a step father. I had reservations about his parenting skills before I married him, but did it anyway. We were both brought up in very religious families and I thought that would help out marriage. Unfortunately it hasn't. I am not in love with him anymore, can I still make it work for the children

My sister has been often a difficult person to deal with she is Bi Polar manageably controlled with meds. as I am also.She,s very smart extremely attractive takes great care of herself never hurt her son in anyway that i,m aware of never bad mouthed her ex.husband never deprived her son of having a good life. Her ex. never got over her having left him ex. lives in another State her son moved to Fla. he suggested her moving there she did she,s been living there about 8 yrs.When he was living in his home State he broke off his wedding 2 weeks before was going to be very lavish at that point in time as there have been many she was,nt speaking or seeing either myself or our only other sister. When she did later come back in my life she told me that he did,nt want her at his wedding and wanted his paternal grandmother to walk him down the aisle. Thus the break in their relationship until he moved to Fla.met a nice girl and pushed for his mother to live there close by another town. He broke up with this next girl they were living together started to ignore my sister before he broke off his relationship she was totally heartbroken tried to commit suicide has tried to deal although not ever to get over his dismissing her from his life once again. He moved to another part of Fla. finished specialized training for his profession she spoke to her psychitrist endlessly cried more often than not over the last couple of years but spoke of her son with extreme worry that he might well be Bi Polar or on drugs because of his behavior. She also told me that she wonders where he is what he,s doing more often than not. I tried to talk to him years ago but did,nt get any answers from him he told me almost zero. My sister told my husband about how nobody can understand what it,s like to not know where he is and told me this continuously. Then inbetween this wanting to know where he is she asked me to swear that if i ever hear through family that he,s married or has a baby not to tell her i said i would,nt. About 4 months ago I saw a picture of he and his father on facebook he put it on my cousins page I am on that page he had to have wanted me to see it and or make a comment I did,nt write a word. I never told my sister then not long after that there were many photo,s of him with a very pretty girl again I cried when i found out that he,s marrying her in June and they,re moving to Germany I was very hurt for her but kept this from her. Then more photo,s on F.B. with information so the immediate world would know I grappled with the idea of telling her and held back once again. More photos appeared I started thinking that maybe by my not telling her that if G D forbid something were to happen to him and he,d be in Germany I would feel more than guilty. I called her B. male friend told him everything asked him if he thought it was wise to tell her he said he would but with care. Well she called my house my husband answered speaker phone on she called me a traitor to her a jealous person miserable and far more terrible things to say about me I never called her back she called 2X 2nd left a message that was about 5 minutes of telling me that i,m no good a liar a traitor and that i should be ashamed of myself for being so horrible cruel for telling her I feel guilty guilty guilty but she,s hell bent on believing I,m no good how do I deal with my horrible guilt? I know we will never speak or see one another again. I appologize profusely for having written my 5,000 word question but i,m desperate for advice I feel terribly sad and depressed.

I just went back to court for placement of our two boys, GAL had recommend that the boys be placed in my primary care sence they go to school in my district. Thinking we had it in the bag, the judge said nope leave things as they are. This has upset the boys like you would not believe.. They are 13 and 15 and have asked me, if they could hire a lawyer to divorce their mom... Is this possible? Cand any one help them????

Their ex uses the kids like weppons & contact visit as punisment of the non custodial parent? Why can't can they see this is child abuse & against coustody law? Yet you take them to court for their felony & then they poison the kids that your the baddy for taking them to court. cos you miss your kids & they've brocken the law. Why do people do this isn't life too short?
Valentine's Day: My husband said the only reason he's glad I'm alive - be the mother of our children.Divorce?
We have two children under 2. He said he feels " indifferent" toward me and does not want to work on marital issues. I am afraid about what is going to happen next. He said he is not having an affair and never would but also said that if he did I would never know. I don't believe he is having and affair. He said that he gave up on love and that life is better that way. He said I should think this way too and live would be easier. He said he needs nothing from me and doesn't want me to do anything or give to him. So........I believe he hates me. Unde it all he thinks God punished him for cheating on his first wife They got divorced because she left and hooked up with a guy that was 15 years younger than her. He told his brother in front of me not to get divorced because " The grass is not greener on the other side." That was pretty humiliating. I can't find much here that says he loves me. Well....he said he doesn't believe in it. At least that's honest. I'm sad.
In Texas, At what age can a CHILD divorce their nonpresent parent?
The nonpresent parent hasn't seen our children since March 2000. Children are now teens and would like to give up that part of their life and take my spouses last name.Is there an AGE when where they can decide with the nonpresent parents permission?

Does one parent get the kids for a week or a month then swap? I'm just curious. I know it depends and varies.
