I'm depressed and anxious please help me :( (no answers in singles & dating)?
I'm 17 YO and I really like this guy but I don't he likes me at all though, just because he talks to EVERYONE he's one of the friendliest people i've ever met . anyways, i stopped seeing him as often, so whenever we would see each other, he would say hi and be really excited and hug me and say i miss you. and the little small talk we had would be really fun. but now it's almost like he's made it a point to talk to me a lot more he always comes to me, i never go to him unless im just waving bc im too scared ...and i feel like it's getting so much less exciting. a few days ago, we had an unusually boring conversation bc we didnt have much to talk about and i'm feeling really disappointed and discouraged by it. he actually eventually said i'm bored and gonna go eat ttyl we were both talking to many other ppl intermittently in our convo so idk if that's part of why he's the only guy that really talks to me and jokes with me this much. and it feels even worse and ive been nervous all weekend bc ive never been in a relationship before and don't have very many guy friends. i feel like a failure and im just wasting my life so my question is should i go back to trying to see him less, or should i also make it a point to see talk to him more often. which one would make things better? or any other suggestions?

Hi, i'm a pretty fit athletic guy but due to work etc don't always have a lot of free time to meet new people, tend to be in the gym at the moment in off peak hours, so pretty quiet there too. Overweight people?I do, I could never date one. I love to live an active life and I LOVE outdoor things. I also love to play ''soccer''. Infact, ''soccer'' is life.
