Hi So, I've been on approximately 5 dates with a guy. I assume that he likes me as he keeps asking me out and the fact that I accept most of the time should make it clear to him that I like him. He is much older than me and I don't have much experience. I'm wondering why he hasn't try to hold my hand or kiss me yet...The age never seemed to be a problem for both of us. I would make the first move but I don't want to look desperate..

Ill try to keep this as short as possible so not to bore you...the title says it. I just turned 24 and a couple months ago started seeing this very mature, soon to be 20 year old...Shes absolutely beautiful inside and out and I really never felt this way before about a girl in my life. Tho the thing is, when we just started seeing each other 2 months ago, she had just got out of an ugly devorce 2 months prior and will be legally separated from him any day now...She admits it was a huge mistake and he was absolutely horrilbe to her..I know right Married at 18 she comes from a very christian and somewhat conservative family...she was just married for a year...i really care for this girl and know that we really did have something special and know that she fells the same way wither she admits it or not...but with me, my longest relationship was almost 4 years ago and only lasted for a summer...but i can really see myself sharing my life with this girl for a long timefor the first 4 weeks it was like heaven when we were together corny but true very comfortable around each other and always had fun. It was just easy with her. Then it must of hit her all a sudden that she was getting into another relationship only 2 months after a failed, horrible marraige which i cant even comprehend. And at that same time, her ex husband almost died in a car accident. She cried, they talked a little bit on the phone but shes not going to see him i dont think the fact that he lives 12 hours away would of made a difference Anyways we still talk but not near as often but we do a little flirting when i see her at work..and we havnt hung out one on one in a while. which is killing me the last time we did hang out together, it couldnt of gone better...I know i make her happy when im with her and shes even told me that. But I know the best thing to do right now is to give her more time and space cuz of everything shes gone through. My family and friends agree. She is definitely worth waiting for. What i want to ask you guys is whats a good time frame to recover from that and try to pick things back up again? or an even better question...when should i tell her exactely how i feel about her without rushing it and screwing it up cuz i dont think i really told her before..ive been wanting to for 3 weeks now to do so. what should i do and fyi, in case some of you were going to make judgments...weve never had sex lol

Okay so here s the story. I've been dating this guy, we're not official and haven't been able to see each other since confessing we liked each other. A year ago, we liked each other and now it seemed like we'd finally get our chance. He just had surgery why we haven't been able to hang out . Monday, we were supposed to see each other and he didn't get home until a lot later than expected and it became too late for us to do anything, so we agreed to hang out Tuesday, when we would both have more time. After coming to this conclusion, he shortly stopped texting me, I didn't freak, not being clingy, but about 4 hours later I texted him, and didn't get an answer, again. Before going to bed, I asked him where he's been all day, and he replied that he had go to a post op appointment, and had been on meds all day, asleep. He seemed tired but told me he was just " deep in thought" and again, stopped answering. The next day, I didn't wake up to a good morning text or anything. He was in summer school so I just waited til after, still no response, I texted him, this conversation lasted about 5 minutes, and again he stopped answering. He said nothing about our plans for the day, so again, waiting about 4 hours, I texted him asking if we were going out, he never answered and we didn't talk yesterday, at all. To me, the short period of time was just not enough for his feelings to change. Tuesday when we were supposed to see each other would have also been the 2 year anniversary of him and his ex, so I understand him not wanting to hang out, as it would have been weird for me too. Yesterday was also her birthday go figure so again, kind of weird. But today, I want to text him seeing if he answers, but I don't want to seem clingy. So am I over reacting? Should I wait for him to text me? Or should I attempt to talk to him? We were so close to being a couple after all this time..its killing me to even question that this is the end. My plan was to wait a week for him to talk to me and then just give up, but I really hate that option. What do you think I should do?

Hey,So here's my story. I met this girl on study abroad which was last wintermester, so i've known her for like 2 months , she is really cool.When the trip was over college re started. We dont have classes together, so sometimes i try to invite her to eat on campus i live on campus, she lives off . The times we've hanged out together when we eat together or so, its like I'm having the best time of my life So we're always cracking jokes, laughing, keeping the conversation going. I like her a lot. She's really pretty too. So I wanted some advise on how to do the next move. i dont have a car, she does Should I invite her to the movies then dinner after that? like as hanging out....or should i go out on a date with her I dont wanna wait too long or it will probably stay as friendship . I've never been on a date either...so tips on that. I'm not a pro at flirting, or i dont think i flirt too much with her. So i dont know if she likes me as a friend or more than that Ahh, i think about her often. I live In Miami, More than all of younger white people are dating outside their race and breading their own race into extinction.. Why is that?Just about every single interracial couple that I see involved 1 white person.So my question is, White people why dont you like to date your own race anymore and have white kids?

Its a bit long post but worth discussing if you want to and your inputs can be helpful to many others too. Okay, I belong to India where arrange marriage is mainly a norm. However some prefer love marriages too. But unlike western countries, not all boys and girls here start dating at young age or always has the luck to find the date or find someone for love marriage. So a large majority of people here go for arrange marriage. In India, usually when boy or girl reach their mid 20s, their parents, relatives and societies expect them to get married. Parents and relatives help in searching suitable match for them and also nowadays people register with matrimonial websites or agents through which they can search the match. A meeting is arranged with the alliances they consider as suitable matches and girl and guy interview with each other and meet each other for some number of times and if they find each other suitable they get engaged. Now according to culture here, it is a girl who has to leave her family and move in with husband and inlaws. So many times it happens that husband and inlaws act very sweet before marriage but after marriage they turn into monster and try to control the new girl in family. If little things are there its okay but sometimes they go out of their way to bully wife daughter in law. I don't say everyone do it, but many of them do it. Even in love marriage,where girl and guy has dated each other multiple times, still many times it happens that before marriage the guy act like hes madly in love with girl and after marriage he turns into a different person and try to control his wife. In many incidents, many guys tell lies about their income, habits, qualifications and all this get disclosed after marriage. Sometimes they already had affair, but due to their parent's, relatives or society's pressure they marry the girl as per their family's choice in order to look good in eye of parents and society. While the girl is totally unaware about her husband's previous affair and later she comes to know that her husband is still cheating on her with his girlfriend. This type of incidents largely happens in India. We colleagues had a discussions about all this stuff at office, so one of my colleague told us that people should have the skill to spot the abuser, cheater or manipulator during the interview with the match, or during dates or meetings. As the saying goes, even a cunning criminal always leaves some proof, same way fake people show their real side, the need is the skill require to spot them. She told that for example, people who often try to show how vulnerable are actually a emotional abuser who intend to get sympathy from others. Same way there are methods to spot, liers, cheaters, manipulators and abusers in relationship and that you can spot during dates, meetings or during courtship period with the prospective groom. So if something is found fishy, one can immidiately take a decision to back off and not marry that person. Need desperate relationship/dating advice?
Just a little background about myself...I am a 22 year old female, from the middle eastern region, guys consider me to be " attractive" , not to brag or seem conceited because I am not. I started working in a small company a few months ago and I basically am the only female in the small company and I work with 7 guys, 3 guys work in the same room as me. I am a shy type of girl until I am spoken to... my supervisor whom I will refer to as Sam trained me intially, he is a 30 year old attractive South American guy. When I began working at this company I told everyone I was engaged because I was about to get engaged to my long time boyfriend who I am still with, but right now we are going through problems and I have a huge crush on Sam my supervisor... and I think he may like me too. So basically they all know about my boyfriend, and the other guy in the office playfully flirts with me but I just laugh it off.. All the guys are really nice to me and I guess consider me to be attractive. Sam is also very shy nervous despite his age... he seems like he could get a lot of girls but he may not be like that anymore. He talks so freely with the 2 guys in the same room that work with us, but with me he only answers direct questions...but he stares at me a lot and when I see him looking he turns away. That's how it started.... he also used to dress pretty badly we don't have a dress code , and because I started to dress up more because I lost 15 lbs, he started dressing up more too gradually which I have noticed being the observant female that I am. Randomly he would ask me questions when I first started there like " have you ever been with a guy that's not Indian Middle Eastern?" and when I said no but my brother dates all types of people and he is with a white girl, he asked " is she atheist?" ...I thought that was quite strange bc perhaps he was referring to himself and describing himself into another situation.. But then there are days where we don't talk unless its related to work. I speak to this older man that sits next to me and heknows about some of my relationship problems and Sam overhears this. Also, I don't drink or party bc my boyfriend doesn't really want me to, and when the guys at work asked me to go hang out I kindly decline, and I guess I act quite prudish so they jokingly call me " prude" bc I admit I am an innocent girl. Sooo last week we all went to the mall to eat lunch and on our way out Sam meant to throw a snowball at a guy co worker but he dodged it and it landed on me soo I got all covered in it. I jokingly yelled out " I hate you " and they were all laughing, but Sam came up and put his arm around me to pull me into a semi hug and said " I'm sorry " And he said he'll help me take the snow out so he ran his fingers through my hair to get the snow out. Ever since that day he has been directly staring at me and we make more eye contact, and the next day we had a company lunch and he asks me silly questions and smiles at me a lot... the snowball incident kind of changed a lot. The onlyy thing is we are both shy and I am still in a relationship and he knows that. I really like Sam...do you think he likes me??? What should I do?

hey guys,so i have two best friends who are girls.. one of them whom was my childhood friend.. and the other my current best friend of 8 years.so the childhood friend lets call her H, we got even closer after i went back overseas to my country and met her again. after coming back to australia, she had given me facebook n e mail.. we talked for 2 years, everything was amazing, planned to bring her here.. problem is, now she is changed. she says she loves me this is sort of friendship to more than a friend ...but she does not respond to my messages, texts, facebook posts or etc anymore.. on chat she does the same.. when i ask, keeps bringing stuff up.. plays so hard to get..
