Is it legal for a 20 year old guy to date a 16 year old girl? im pretty sure it is legal unless they are having sex. I'm pretty sure they are having sex or want to so is there such thing as a paper a parent can sign for consent of this because the girl is not YET 17. My step sister is 16 and her boyfriend is 20 thats why i am asking.. Please answer thanks!. I dont want to see her boufriend get in trouble he is a very good guy. |
