Do not have any 'pre-written, pre-thought out, or pre-planned' things to say when it comes to online socializing. The best way to get a girl's attention is to say something that is in response to her profile or whatever other info you have on her. Customize your message to her so that it doesn't look like you could send it to ten other women and get by ok.

Tell her you think she's the ugliest girl you've ever seen,, but,, since you and your buddies made a bet, and you LOST,, you have to ask her out,, then throw in the "JUST KIDDING " part, and comment on her smile, profile, and some commonality that you share.. okay, if that's overboard, be incredibly funny and original,, telling a woman/ lady that she's hot, or beautiful, even if she is,, isnt' original, and it's merely a compliment which she's likely heard a hundred times. Don't mention any sexual innuendos, or be cheesy, and don't be too depth about baggage from your past, or expectations. Peak her interest with a "clean " joke,,, and sit back for a little bit to see if she's the least bit intrigued about you. At least's that's how I would respond to someone. Best of luck!
